We rented the appartment and it is nice. Its more a big studio type as there is only one big space with separate toilette and shower. Two beds are really good, the two single ones a little less, but still okay. The kitchen has two stoves and some basic cutlery and pottery. The bathroom looks very good and is new with a bathtub. The balcony is amazing. The location is very well connected with T12/T13just 150m away, 20-30min to Alexanderplatz. There is Lidl very close and some basic restaurants/fastfoods just around the corner.

It is located on the 4th floor with no elevator (p+4), and the stairs are not the best (older building). The doors for all the rooms looked old-ish, which means you can hear everything through it. It is okay if you are not too picky or strict, just a basic accomodation.

The room was bigger than it looked in the photos. The bed was good enough for a solo traveler and had a good mattress. The bathroom was good, clean and had toiletries. The window was big enough and had a nice view with the breeze really helping in cooling the temperature as I went during summer. There was a nice bakery opposite the hotel and a nice doner kebab place next to the hotel. The tram stop is 2 mins walk and overall, it was a great value for money place. The neighbourhood is also a nice one, with no loud music or nuisance at night which ensured that I could sleep well.

There is no lift so I had to climb up the stairs for three floors. Good for my fitness, bad for my laziness.

Very clean. Very nice bathroom. No washing machine as in the pictures, but there was a dishwasher in the kitchen which was a plus we did not expect. We enjoyed the restaurant next door and the proximity to both the tram and Lidl. Had next to no contact with staff but the one time we met them they were helpful. The apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift - not a problem for us but might be good to know in advance. Nice balcony with evening sun and a nice green view.

A bit noisy from the street. Blinds would be nice for the windows to the balcony. The kitchen lacked some amenities - for example there was only one teaspoon and no sharp knives. Only minor things though, overall we were pleased with our stay!

It was bright and cozy. The facilities seemed to be in good condition and had everything you needed. The staff was friendly and it was easy to check out as you just had to put your key in a box downstairs. The location was a bit far from the tourist places but there's a tram nearby that takes you straight there and according to a local friend, there are many good cafes nearby. It was a quiet and pretty neighborhood and I enjoyed my stay there.

There is no elevator so if you have really heavy luggage it might be a bit of a struggle, or request a room on the lower floors. The corners are a bit dirty but not a problem.

Good value, good location, fit my needs perfectly. Clean room, good bathroom and shower. Very good water pressure in the shower. Mini fridge proved very useful.. Bed was extremely comfortable!

No air conditioning coupled with no elevator makes for some sweaty, hot times. Not really that bad at all but worth noting.

Easy check-in and -out for introverts and a big plus is public transportation from the train station drives until deep in the night, making late check-ins perfectly available. There is no elevator though, so accessibility is not provided. Still, location as good as can be, coffee right on the opposite street and grocery shop about 3 minutes, as well as nearest tram station. Would definitely come again!

It was not the cleanest. Nothing severe, a hair on the sheets, the floor not entirely lickable, but all in all acceptable.

I don't have a bad word to say about my stay. I was arriving late at night, so they left me the key at a 24-hour shop across the street, and very clear instructions how to get in. The room was small, but had everything I needed. Everything was clean, especially the bathroom area. Bed was comfy enough, no noise during the night. Not very central, but it's a 10-min taxi ride. For the price I think this place is a great value for someone that just needs a place to sleep and have a shower at the morning. I am very happy.

It's a good place to stay. Rooms are small but comfortable. There no breakfast but that's no problem with restauarants and a supermarket (closed on sunday's) near by in the Pistoriusstr.

The hotel is closed during the morning and the evening for non-residents. If you want to check in during closing time you have to make an appointment by telephone. The hotel doesn't inform you about their incheck procedure.

- Very good value for money. - The room has: a fridge, a fan, a closet, a bed with a decent size (~ 110 cm wide), toiletry products, a hair dryer, a shower with hot water and good water pressure, and a lamp. - room service on a daily basis that mostly does an ok job.

- The entrance to the hotel is very old and the stairs are somewhat dirty. Overall going in and out of the room was not a pleasant experience. - Sometimes the room service did not change the towels even when they were on the ground. - The reception is not always available

I stayed in a single room with a private bathroom. Room was very clean, quiet and well organized. Everything went smooth and I was happy to stay there. There was also a fridge, TV and a fan in the room. I will prefer it again because the location was amazing too. Nice stores in the vicinity as well (coffee shop, kebab, späti). I cannot understand low reviews, except in case they speak about the shared bathroom.
