Good staffs always helped me at reception. I felt ease and was able to stay with much relax like at home. The room is nicely kept, and the coffee/tea maker (a pot to boil water) is really helpful for me. Thank you for everything! p.s Now Japanese yen is weaker to Euro, so I felt the stay costs much. But European or other country's traveler would feel not like that.

This isn't their fault, but I mention 2points: - The room always a little trembling and I've got motion sickness (I don't know the reason, but maybe the nearest room to elevator? or architectural problems). - I was confused noisy sounds and trembling for cleaning rooms, mainly before noon (because I was engaged in business meeting or tasks).

A very clean and spacious singles room. Complete with cooker, fan and as little bonus: the tiny bathroom radio. Breakfast included, well assorted, fresh coffee and staff making an effort to meet everyone's needs. Perfect location, situated in de old center but calm street with nice little shops and café's around the corner. Vega(n) friendly, plenty of choice. Bonn train station only 10-15 minute walk. Also it was no problem to leave some luggage at the property on the day I left, so I could wander around a bit before hitting the train station back home again.

Hotel Aigner is perfectly located in Bonn's trendy and diverse Altstadt, with numerous eclectic bars and cafes on the doorstep but also within easy walking distance of the tourist area of central Bonn and the main railway station. The hotel is very well run and friendly, and it's clear that the staff and owners care about their guests and the service they offer. The room was small but perfectly formed, the wifi was perfect, and the newly refurbished bathroom had a great shower. Breakfast was very varied and was of good quality. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. I'd definitely repeat if I came back to Bonn and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone else. Overall, it was a great hotel experience and very good value.

Great location. It's very easy to walk to the city center and visit the main tourist attractions. Of you drive there, I recommend booking a parking space in advance. It's a 5 min walk to the hotel and the price is ok when compared to other parkings. It can be a bit tight if you have a big car though but it should be fine if you're a good driver. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they spoke English. The place was very clean. The breakfast was great and with a lot of options. The room was quiet and comfortable with nice showers.

The room could be darker. The curtains didn't cover the light very well so I woke up earlier than I wanted in the morning.

The staff was really nice and welcoming. Although a bit outdated furniture was well-cared for and generally good-looking. In hotel you can also have a nice breakfast, which definitely is an advantage. This hotel isn't far from railway station which is comfortable in it's own. But surprisingly, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Not something you would expect from a district near a railway.

Our room had a small kitchenette which was a nice surprise. But it lacked proper utensils - we had 1 spoon, no forks and no pots or microwave.

I was lucky and got a room facing to the backyard - very quiet - Everything in the Hotel was as I was expecting it - just great - nothing exceptional, no hype but down to the ground service oriented and all just fine. The breakfast was great - buffet and I got a Cappuccino upon demand. The location is great - nice neighborhood and only a few steps away from the old town - If I would have checked the location more closely before - the bus stop to the airport is at the other end of the Dorotheenstrasse - so no need to go to the main station in case you want to take the bus to the airport Cologne/Bonn...

It was just all fine.

I would like to highlight the impeccable service provided by the staff, who were extremely professional, friendly and attentive, especially the reception team, Mr. Phillip and Ms. Daniela, who tirelessly helped me with information about the city. The breakfast is varied, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the value for money is excellent, a great choice for those looking for comfort and quality at a fair price. I highly recommend this hotel!

We loved our stay in the heart of Bonn. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The front desk staff was very pleasant, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Written communication prior to our arrival was promptly answered. Breakfast was great - plenty of choices and lots of food. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Hotel Aigner.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond for us during our stay. They were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel (and our room) was spotless, and cleaned well every day. My two teenagers and I stayed in a family suite, which was a great-sized room for us!

Spacious and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location but walking distance to the things we wanted to see. Delicious breakfast and we liked the emphasis on Fair trade and Organic produce. We also enjoyed hiring bikes for a cycle along the Rhine. Would definitely stay again.
