What's not to like? Everything was nice. Most importantly, very clean; a good bed and bed linen, and a nice shower. But also: a nice wooden floor. High-quality fixtures and decorations, real coffee, nice cups and (wine) glasses. and lots of fun/extra details: yoga mats, charger cables, a Polaroid to leave your photo if you dig that, a bag, good and abundant soap, shampoo etc., entrance to a gym, and tips for breakfast (Lighthouse cafe!). The contactless entrance works fine; there is fast and pleasant WhatsApp contact. And I'm sure I am forgetting things.

Room 301 was rather small, fine for me alone and just 3 nights, but if you are two and stay longer, I would opt for a larger room. There is no wardrobe, but they can provide clothes hangers. ps: If you have heavy luggage, ask for a room on the lower floors, there is no elevator.

Fantastic location - around 10 minutes from the main train station by walk, close to many shops, restaurants and market square - I really recommend buying fruit and vegetables there, even despite the price. You must also try the mexican restaurant, just below the apartment - they have the best tacos and enchiladas! About the room, it was pretty nice and contained almost everything needed. Although, a couple of things were missed I included writing about the cons. Nonetheless, we had a great time in Bonn and can recommend Bob W as accommodation.

As we checked in, there was already a lot of little flies flying around the room. We couldn't find the source and didn't manage to get rid of them, which was slightly annoying. Also, there was no sponge to wash the dishes, neither a good dish soap. Only a brush and a stinky cloth we didn't enjoy touching. We ended up buying necessary equipment in the supermarket.

the room is clean and comfort. a greeting card warming the customer and the property provide quite number of green initiative. the room decoration is cozy and nice. very friendly and helpful customer service via whatsapp despite the hotel concept is self-service model. the app or website to access the apartment hotel and room is very easy to use. they provide free locker storage at first floor till 11pm despite they didn't have reception in place. the locker storage is first come first serve with about cabin size luggage. the location of this apartment hotel is fantastic great, very near to access S-Bahn (STR) or Bonn Hbf. it located in the Bonn old town. the room equipped the air-conditional hence you can on the air con if you didn't want to tilt the windows.

no lift but staircase only hence it will be very tough for the customer who carry >20" luggage. suggest the property setup a luggage lift to ease the life of customer to access higher floor. the room direction in front of access is not indicate clearly where customer didn't know room 500 onwards actually is using another staircase. I was climb up using the staircase to access room 100 - 400 then only realized that room 500+ is not using the same staircase, then I have to carry my luggage all the way down and search the staircase to room 500+. fully sweat even in the winter. the pillow is way too soft despite the bed is great.

Great location for train station and city. Very clean apartment. Staff were very attentive when contacted. Lovely free laundry room with washing powder, airers, irons, etc. Comfortable beds. Very easy to get in to apartment using mobile phone. Nice touches in the apartment with euro plug and cable set, hairdryer, shopping bag, throw. Also had a Polaroid camera (unfortunately when we were there it had run out of film). More films were available in the laundry room but we were not informed of this until we were checked out. Nice bathroom with good shower.

There was no view at all from our apartment number 501. It looked out onto the extractor ducts from the shops below. Heated towel rail was not working. Staff resolved this by providing another set of towels. Washing up liquid would have been good to have in kitchen. No lift.

Great apartment, stuff very responsive through whatsapp (though I haven't actually met anyone), great location at Bonn city center (and next to Beethoven's house, as the name implies). We also had access to free laundry machines which was useful. Check-in process is automatic and very easy. We could cook simple dishes (pasta) in the apartment which was nice.

The floor was very slightly slanted, which we only noticed in our 2nd day, which was slightly weird but didn't bother us. Not actually meeting anyone from the stuff was a bit odd, though they were helpful and available through whatsapp.

Entire facility is just great. I love the studio, how it looks like, very clean, all perfectly working. I know Bonn quite well as I need to travel there once in a month, and this kind of accommodation gave me a home like feeling.

The fact, that it was in a 3rd floor without elevator and the stair are very steep might stop somebody with some health issues... Second what I was surprised - booked via booking and paid immediately to Booking as I always do as well different hotels in Bonn or anywhere else... But BOB W told me that they can send me the invoice only after they receive the money from Booking which I find irrelevant. I paid and I expect to get the invoice from the facility immediately to reimburse from my employer accountant. I do not care what is the relationship in between BOB and Booking...

This is a modern aparthotel with all the communication through whatsapp (telephone I believe is also an option) there is no reception. Once I got used to this, and saw the reaction times to any question through whatsapp I found it really helpful especially when they answered questions late in the evening. Lots of attention to detail from a sustainability perspective, good recycling facilities in the room for example, and tips for in the neighbourhood. Kitchen was well equiped and beds and sofa bed were comfortable. Location is in the centre of Bonn but on a quite street.

If you like hipster style, you will love this hotel. Every detail is styled, some for my taste too "hipstery", but some, like the Grohe shower, is really nice and better than one would expect in that price range. Also the efford to be envinronmentally friendly is positive in my eyes. Beware, that there are no elevators. You must be able to carry all your stuff several stairs up and down to enjoy yourself.

The stay would have been 5 stars, had the heater and warm water worked. The warm water was fixed relatively quickly, but the heater was so environmentally friendly, that it didn't work properly. For working in the hotel room, which I had to do, this was way too cold and I was forced not to let any fresh air in during the day.

- contactless check in and check out very smooth, with phone (might be hard for people who struggle with technology but personally I loved it) - clean room, nice bed - everything you need including fridge and kitchenette - free goodies (postcards/stickers/…) - encourage to be more environmentally friendly (e.g. lend some reusable water bottles to drink from the tap) - location is perfect in the city center (public parking 4 mns walk from there) I loved the vibe of this hotel, it felt like home. I would definitely come back again !

Leftovers in the fridge, not sure if it was on purpose or not. Like, butter ok, but half a cucumber and other half eaten spreads ? 😅 Not a big deal though.

Location was perfect , being close to great cafes and restaurants and also the tram line. I found everything I needed on site and appreciated the details eg yoga mats, canvas shopping bag, nice tea etc it was also quiet esp as it is in the pedestrian only zone in city center.

There was nothing really to suggest, I’m sure it was clearly stated somewhere but good to mention there is no lift , so if one is staying at the top floor like I was, one needs to be prepared to carry one’s suitcase up the stairs. Also good to note that church bells ring at around 7 am and 10 pm , which could bother some people but it was totally fine for me as I was there for work anyway !
