Nice breakfast room, with views of the Rhine from the rear area. Excellent coffee and a wide variety of foods. I did not purchase the breakfast, but it looked great when I went down to get my coffee.

The room is more than a bit spartan. I would have liked a luggage stand or table to hold my suitcase, as well as a bit more storage space. A hook for a washcloth in the shower would be appreciated. The tiny corner desk was barely big enough for my laptop, mouse, and accessories. The bed was harder than I prefer, but not too bad.

The shower was amazing: spacious and comfortable. The cold/hot water supply was also good. The mattress was comfortable too. The stuff were helpful: they even allowed us to check-in earlier. On rooftop you have a nice view to Rhein. Location-wise is also not far from Beethoven house.

The floor pattern is a bit tricky: it made me dizzy. The overall hotel design is peculiar, but I guess it is just a matter of personal preference. The pillows were clumpy: I didn’t find them comfortable.

- design of the room was very bright and elegant, clean. - not only room, the whole hotel ambiance is very neat, full of light and bright colours. - the window seat 'sofa' was extra comfy. - even though the room was small, they found some space for the table and a seat. - made the most out of the low space. - the bathroom floor with a warmer is extra good! - view from the rooftop bar is nice. - the danish pastry on a breakfast, as well as the small cinnamon rolls. Nice selection of wurstchen.

- the absence of a towel-heater. - the absence of a kettle, it's impossible even to get it on a reception. - the pillows were kinda too soft. - no shoe spoon

The hotel is very stylish. The breakfast was great. There's even a cute pancake machine that makes warm pancakes when you want. Room was spacious and clean. The staff was super friendly. There is a nice lounge area that has a great view to the river. You get a welcome bevarage upon arrival, which was nice.

You need to give out the reception phone number!!! I was unsure if the reception was open 24/7 so I wanted to give a quick call to the reception to tell them I'll be checking in later than planned, but will definitely be there. I couldn't do that, because as I found out from the staff later, the hotel management strictly forbids the staff to give out the phone number.. I understand the fancy all-digital concept, but we still do need some human contact in case of urgency. Messages sent to the hotel vie Booking.com are not replied in a short time, so no, at 11pm messaging the hotel is not a solution.

The room was exactly as in the pictures. The room was quite clean and beautifully designed. The bed was comfortable. The receptionists were nice and kind. The place looks safe and not sketchy at all. The location is perfect. When I was reserving the place I didn't expect it to be this good due to its low price. They were not providing cleaning services for 3 night stand but the room doesn't require it for 3 days anyway if you are not a dirty person. They have provided 2 bath towels and 2 standard towels which were also enough for 3 days. The shower was clean and the water pressure was fine. There was a heated floor for the bathroom but I did not try it because I have brought slippers to not to touch the floor bare foot due to hygiene concerns but if you don't mind it there is also that kind of service for the bathroom. They have given two tokens for free drinks in the bar which was kind. The wifi was good. The english of the receptionists was perfect so you don't have to worry about communication. The neighborhood was calm and quiet so you could sleep easily. Also the hotel was quite quiet even though the building was huge. The only noise you could hear was doors opening or closing and the AC if you are using it. If I ever have the find the chance to visit Bonn I would definitely choose here again.

The room design is beautiful and the bed very comfortable. The location is perfect to have a walk beside the Rhine and to visit the city centre. The rooftop bar is nice and the staff was friendly

The parking entry is very tight. We were lucky we didn't have an SUV, it would have been stressful to get in and out. Once inside, it seemed very clean, however there was a pretty bad smell all the time and it was a bit annoying. One last negative point was the shower, because the water didn't drain right away and I had to wait a few minutes before getting out of it otherwise it would have flooded.

I liked the location very much. It was so relaxing and quiet to be near the Rhyne. We always founnd parking available on the street, but the hotel also has underground parking. The staff at the reception spoke good English,were very helpful and kind...even offerred free drinks 😊. The bed was big (probably 160 x200 cm) and confortable,just the pillows a bit small. A/C was good. Room was nice, bathroom also, hot water flowing promptly at any hour. We came back again and stayed there for 4 nights. I would recommend and come back anytime.

I didn't like: - that the rooftop bar was not opened and there was some working noise coming from that floor. - that there was not space to keep our clothes,except few coat hangers. - that there is no phone and mini-fridge in the room.

I liked the location and that it is good value for the money. on the way into town the hotel is very close to the bus stop of the special bus from the airport. Also you get hot drinks in the morning for free from the breakfast area even if you have not purchased the breakfast option. The hotel has a very nice rooftop bar where you get one drink for free as a guest because the room keeping is not done every day.

There was not enough hanging racks in the bathroom to have both bath towels to dry. And since the room keeping is not everyday, we needed to hang one of the towels to dry on the bathroom door handle.

Everything was very practical. The sockets were in a good place, the lights were good, the layout of the room was good. The seating in the window was very cute. There is a style to the hotel - of course this is subjective, but we really liked it. The parking is expensive for us, but there is a parking garage nearby which can be cheaper if necessary (parking is about the normal price nowadays, it just still seems like a lot to us). The rooftop bar is very nice, nice to sit out on the roof. The location of the hotel is very good: about 15 minutes on foot to the city centre by the riverside. You can walk along the Rhine for hours, very pleasant. At breakfast you could choose from a wide variety of dishes and I really liked the "butter machine". They usually make sure to use as little packaging as possible - not the most important thing, but we liked this approach. It was very nice to stay here.

Parking is a bit of a hassle, but the staff are helpful. It's not easy to stop at the hotel to go in and ask for things there, so it's worth checking beforehand by email or text (e.g. how to park). Communication is good with the hotel.

The location of the hotel is great - close to both railway stations in Bonn and on the bank of the Rhine, with a few good restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Check-in and check-out was easy and staff was friendly and provided all the necessary information. The hotel had a limited arrangement in place for housekeeping services when we stayed there, whereby your room was cleaned only once a week if you were there for a longer stay. They informed us about this during check in and offered the possibility to ask reception to send housekeeping staff to your room in case you do need something. This was fine for us as we don't mind reusing towels and such, but we did have to ask for our trash to be picked up - it was done the same day, so this was not a big issue. This is not so much a minus - just something to be aware of if booking this hotel.

A bit more storage space in the room would be nice to have. There is a space under the bed for your luggage, but an additional shelf or cupboard would be nice.
