Lovely hotel. Most staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are mostly fab.

Only 2 issues, we booked a luxury double room and when we were arrived we were allocated a twin room that was pretty basic. Thankfully they had a room of the type we booked and they switched us over. The only other thing I’d say is that there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and nowhere in the hotel to buy a coffee. We had breakfast a couple of times, unfortunately things had run out and were only refilled as we we were leaving breakfast.

Simply you get more than you give. The location was very close to the Christmas Market and restaurants. The room was large enough, the bed was of good quality. Because of the black room design (everything in the room was black and I mean pitch black) and black thick curtains you are able to have a good deep sleep. They refreshed towels and toiletries everyday. Miss Gizem Kumral at the reception was very kind and tried to help me on everything.

You need to get used to dark lighting design of the room, I couldn't even notice there was a mini refrigator at the room for the first few hours because I couldn't see it. Or if you drop something with dark color you need to use the light of your phone. It is not something bad, It is something you do not expect despite the warning on their page.

The place was nice. The staff were also nice and the location good... Near the city proper.

There were some corner of the corridor was dark.. They should check some corridor lights there. And the breakfast is a bit dissappointing... The warm foods ar not really warm..eggs, bacon doesnt seem freshly cooked, looks like a day or 2 days old.

We had a triple room, which was fairly big. The hotel is close to the town center and has spots at the garage which is connected to the hotel by stairs. All very handy. The staff, in person of Radi was very helpful and friendly. We'd come back any time. Oh and the bed was big and comfortable!

No kettle, just like in any other German hotel.

Everything about the hotel is so good and the staff is super friendly and kind. The room is big enough for three of us and the amenities are also pretty great. Overall i would say, the overall rating of the hotel is bit harsh on them because i think they deserve much better but i am sure anyone who is travelling to Bonn , this hotel is perfect stay with this price.

Spacious rooms, normal breakfasts. Yes, dark and black, but that's a style.

Security alarm in corridor was beeping on 3rd floor for a minute every hour or less. Reception promised it will be repaired for next night. But nothing happened 🥺 Really bad pillows, could have just 2 cm height under your head.

The hotel rooms Belmont are very nice and modern. The dark color makes the room darker and easier to fall asleep. The stuff (Radi and Silvija) was very friendly. The location is awesome, 1min from the city center. Definitely great value for the money! We will be back 😊

Very good taste, all good was good and nice. The hotel was close to city center and very good location. The staff were very friendly and kind and nice.

The employee was well behaved and kind, and the atmosphere of the hotel was clean and tidy.

I didn't find anything to say that it should have been better because I was there for a very short time, that is, I came in the middle of the night and left in the morning.

The staff on reception were amazing, so helpful and fun to engage with, would highly recommend the hotel for cost and proximity to Bonn - everything is within 10 minutes walk - great food, great shopping and fantastic people.
