Lovely hotel. Most staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are mostly fab.

Only 2 issues, we booked a luxury double room and when we were arrived we were allocated a twin room that was pretty basic. Thankfully they had a room of the type we booked and they switched us over. The only other thing I’d say is that there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and nowhere in the hotel to buy a coffee. We had breakfast a couple of times, unfortunately things had run out and were only refilled as we we were leaving breakfast.

Simply you get more than you give. The location was very close to the Christmas Market and restaurants. The room was large enough, the bed was of good quality. Because of the black room design (everything in the room was black and I mean pitch black) and black thick curtains you are able to have a good deep sleep. They refreshed towels and toiletries everyday. Miss Gizem Kumral at the reception was very kind and tried to help me on everything.

You need to get used to dark lighting design of the room, I couldn't even notice there was a mini refrigator at the room for the first few hours because I couldn't see it. Or if you drop something with dark color you need to use the light of your phone. It is not something bad, It is something you do not expect despite the warning on their page.

Everything about the hotel is so good and the staff is super friendly and kind. The room is big enough for three of us and the amenities are also pretty great. Overall i would say, the overall rating of the hotel is bit harsh on them because i think they deserve much better but i am sure anyone who is travelling to Bonn , this hotel is perfect stay with this price.

Spacious rooms, normal breakfasts. Yes, dark and black, but that's a style.

Security alarm in corridor was beeping on 3rd floor for a minute every hour or less. Reception promised it will be repaired for next night. But nothing happened 🥺 Really bad pillows, could have just 2 cm height under your head.

Excellent and very polite and helpfull staff..from the concierge to the hotel managers! They've helped us with everything we asked.. Excellent location very close to the center of the city..and in front of the hotel bus stops if you want to move outside of the city center.. Very good breakfast and throughout the day free coffee and tea in the hotel lobby. In general very pleased with our experience with Belmont hotel

Staff was warm and accommodating.,, it was a perfect place away from home .., distance from the main train station was superb only 10mins walk and location was within the city , 5 mins ftom the Rhine River ., ❤️

Location , staff & accessible to shops and buses

It was a nice place for a short trip to Bonn. Really close to the station and is also a walkable distance from both the station and nice restaurants. It was nice with how flexible and accommodating the staff was as well.

Not really super sound isolated room, super soft bed - not for me, but perhaps nice for other people! Otherwise, really dark room. We booked a room for 2 people but only got one towel.

The staff is very polite, the rooms are comfy and the breakfast was great! I loved it! It had good price and it was so delicious 😋

The hotel was noisy during the day. It was under maintenance, but the place was great though

Amazing reception staff and amazing service personnel in general. We have travelled through quite a few German cities lately and this was by far the best experience from this point of view. We also got an upgraded room and some free stuff, which is even better. The hotel looks sharp and new, and the rooms have this shiny polished black elegance. All in all, everything looks fancy and elegant, for a very good price point.

Good value for money, nice looking rooms, friendly staff, overall a pleasant experience for one night

They have a weird understanding of “two single beds". I don’t think that putting two single beds right next to each other actually counts as two single beds.
