The possibility for parents to relax while the kids have a lot of options for play and adventure. Unfortunately that was not the purpose of our visit here as our son was looking forward to swimming, which he couldn't because of some missing info on Booking.com Beds were lovely, room was spacious and the perfect temperature. The room was nice and quiet too.

we were specifically looking for a hotel with a swimming pool, as I disclosed on Booking.com that we would be traveling with a 9 year old child. When we arrived, it turned out the swimming pools that were listed were only available for 16+ years old. Nowhere on booking.com was this made clear, nor that it would cost extra. The staff were super friendly though and understood our son's disappointment so he was offered to enter the kids playpark for free instead. Other than the absence of the information on Booking.com that this is actually a Wellness hotel, we had a lovely stay.

Hotel Calamus greeted us with a clean neat room. One of rare hotels where the bathroom is so spacious that you don’t think about where to put your clothes that it remains dry. It’s one of the hotels where you feel comfort in details: incredible interior of the restaurant, huge choice in a breakfast buffet (incl Prosecco, fresh fruits and berries), complimentary bottles of water at check out. Everything breathes with freshness like the hotel just opened its doors a few days ago. Great experience!

It's a really good hotel. The staff were great, the breakfast was excellent. İt was warm in the room. Parking was big and comfortable. Location : it's only 10 km far from Strasbourg. And you can find a big supermarkets near hotel. A little bit expensive price for staying, but Christmas time is now. So everything was super. A little bit about comfort : İ didn't find a disposable slippers in the room... Thanks a lot for everything!

The room was very clean and big enough. The decoration of the hotel was nice and we enjoyed the the breakfast. The bed was also comfy.

It would be great if the hotel can add small refrigerators for room and also provide slippers and toothpaste. Staff could be more friendly and there can be some nice lights outside the hotel which would make the entrance a bit brighter in the evening. The price can be more reasonable.

The staff was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of choices for all kinds of dietary restrictions.

We stayed during a bit of a cold snap and the room was very cold. The staff was helpful and moved us to another room on another floor, but the problem remained, so it seems that it was a hotel issue and not a room issue. Our other complaint is that our room wasn't made up one day when we were expecting it to be. Again, the staff was outstanding and brought up towels and anything else we may have needed.

As always, the service from all teams (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping) is second to none. I love the double bed as standard and the spacious, clean rooms. Great food on offer at breakfast and dinner. Plenty of free parking on site. I can’t wait to try the new spa!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable 👍🏻 Minimalist and tasteful decoration. The breakfast has good options (gluten-free and lactose free as well) and the breakfast room is surrounded by nature which is pleasant. Parking is free and there is more than enough. Close to Strasbourg (30 min) and Europa-Park (40 min).

Hotel rooms are for 2 persons, maybe those where the last ones, newly designed hotel with big rooms for two, clean rooms and quite comfy. Breakfast was very adequate served in a nice dining hall. Hotel’s placed several 7-10 minutes from the city, and also from the highway

Hotel had AC but in one room it didn’t work. Rooms bath is newly designed with partially clear glass walls, so, it might not fit for some family members.

So happy with our stay. After 8hrs of driving with kids it was nice to arrive and find such comfortable rooms. Everything was clean, with nice little touches of bottles of water in each room. We were able to get adjoining rooms for the kids. Beer garden outside was nice for dinner and breakfast lived up to the other reviews. Another nice touch was the little kids kitchen set up with kid friendly bowls and plates, small boxes of cereal etc. We highly recommend this place! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Spoke German, French and English. ** The go-karting next door was an extra bonus for the big kids - and grownups too :)

Only thing missing was a mini fridge to keep our travel food cold. But that’s really the only thing we can think of that didn’t exceed our expectations.

Conveniently close to the offices where I did most of the meetings. Restaurant service was excellent and food was very good.

Hotel did not clean my room on the first day (came back at 18:00 to do so), whihc was inconvenient and I did not get my laundry back (had to ask where it was).
