The staff was very kind, the hotel had all the facilities, the breakfast is varied, and access to the gym is free. On the beach, sunbeds and umbrellas are free. An extremely useful service is the towel rental, a deposit of 20 euros/towel is offered, money that you get back when you bring the towel (you can exchange the beach towel for a clean one every day, at no cost).

We had a problem with the bathroom fan, which was very noisy, and this problem was not solved during the entire stay, although every day we were told that someone would come to fix it.

very lovely setup, huge rooms, nice balcony overlooking the beach for breakfast, very quiet and serene with convenient location for parking and getting in and out Kissamos to roam around to other beaches/areas the breakfast was really good - cretan delicacies and the regular stuff all really tasty the staff is also very friendly and helpful

The bathroom only has a soap dispenser next to the sink and one in the shower -- I'd love to have had shampoo (and ideally conditioner) as well. The swimming pool is also located in an awkward spot, not necessarily a bad spot though.

Besides the comfort of the rooms and the affable staff, we particularly enjoyed the location. The hotel is at one side of a small bay, which is somewhat protected from the winds. This allowed us to do one of our favorite activities: to swim some distance without swallowing a lot of water. The pool also worked well one day when it was windy. The sitting area above the beach and next to the bar is a great place to spend time. We suspect that families with children would especially enjoy the location.

Hotel was really lovely, just a little walk from the town centre. Lovely setting with an outdoor bar with grass area facing a private beach area. The room was a great size and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way and were extremely accommodating. Best of all was the buffet breakfast which was way above our expectation. Probably the best breakfast we have had in Crete. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room offered a beautiful sea view, it was spacious with a nice balcony. Loved the sandy beach directly in front of the hotel, and they provide complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests- which was a great gesture! We appreciate friendly and helpful service from the staff, they even provided some wine and refreshments for my partner’s birthday. Excellent breakfast spread enriched with Cretan delicacies.

The rooms and furniture were slightly dated but we still had an enjoyable stay.

A very good, excellent value small/mid size hotel. A great central base for day trips to Balos Bay and Elafonisi Beach. Ideal if you are renting a car. Right on a nice little beach of its own where you can chill if you want to, with comfy lounges and umbrellas free of charge for hotel guests. Excellent buffet breakfast 9.8/10. Clean room. Good A/C. Wi-Fi signal strong throughout all of the hotel. Small (6) selection of free cable TV channels plus option of paid channels. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean pool. Grassed outdoor bar/restaurant area. Safe, secure parking within 100 metres of the hotel. Quiet area which makes it good for sleeping/relaxing yet close to the "Old City" centre of Kissamos which has some interesting areas. Only a 45 minute drive from Chania. Efficient check in and check out. Highly recomended!

Hotel is located at the beautiful beach in Kissamos offering free sunbeds to guests, pool is spacious and very clean, we haven't used it, since sea is just few meteres away. Room that we had was very big with a small kitchen space, big wardrobe, everything is very clean and lovely. The staff of the hotel is extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The part of the beach of the hotel is located at the very end of the beach and seperated by the rocks which creates a mini-bay, so even if it's windy and waves are big, you can still swim in this part of the beach, that's a huge plus. Breakfast was buffet style, very various, with fruits and many types of fresh jams avaliable, pastry was specifically great, and a very tasty coffee. Kissamos is a great location itself to explore the western part of the Crete with the car! The most beautiful beaches are just 20-60 min away driving, as well as Chania city and its beautiful Botanical Garden. Highly recommend both the location and the Molos Bay Hotel. Thanks a lot for the lovely stay!

Everything was very good overall, and if to mention something regarding the minuses, the only one that I can think of (which also was not crucial to us at all and should not be on the amazing island vacation) is wi-fi speed is a bit slow.

We really enjoyed our staying at this hotel. The room was very clean, the staff friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The beach is very close to the hotel, with fine sand and slightly deep waters, very suitable for children and those who do not know how to swim. You can also snorkel, the waters being very clear. The beach is quiet, there is no background music. The hotel also has a bar with a terrace with green grass, from where you can also order on the beach. We have spend a memorable and wonderful time at the hotel. Highly recommend it!

The beach was very nice and for hotel guests only, water was exceptionally clean and warm. The swimming Pool is nice and mostly free to swim. Breakfast was very nice, with good Greek, continental, and English goodies to choose from.

The Summer was ending and you could feel sense the end of season comming.

Molos Bay Hotel is excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful, gave great advice on the area. Very clean and organized. Beach was very nice and easy to access, pool is great, and breakfast was wonderful. A good location to go to Balos, near the port. Get tickets a day or two ahead. We are on a 1 month 4 country trip and this hotel was one of the very best.

Everything was great
