Loved everything. The lady who checked me in (I think her name is Danielle, but I may be wrong bc this was almost a month ago now) was just stellar! I arrived early in the morning around 7am, tired out bc I'd been up the entire night, so I wasn't thinking straight. It was like she knew I needed extra help. She told me where I could get breakfast, take my meeting call, wait for my room and did her best to get me a room way ahead of the official check in time. This was so nice and I really appreciated it.

I didn't like the food choices in the neighborhood but this isn't an issue with the hotel itself. I had half my meals in their restaurant and they were good. I'll definitely be back if I decide to stay in Zona 10 again on my next trip.

breakfast buffet was great i think it was false advetisment online saying you have free shuttle and when i was at the hotel i was told the shuttle was $15 each person after i was checked in i couldnt do anything i was very dissapoited of the kind of advertsiment

I can't fault any at all ! We travelled a lot before we checked in and the bed was like you are in heaven ( best quality eqyptian cotton ! ) I slept like a baby baby ! We booked a continental breakfast not a full breakfast and it was in a private room as if we are in a presidential suite . The location was excellent . Everything was there . We don't speak Spanish and make sure when you buy in a grocery to check the price . We went to a bakery and we paid 22 usd for 2 packets of popcorn and 5 pieces of muffin . The 5 pieces were in 1 pack so we thought the price was for a pack. lol ! Tha chamber made was excellent and always smiling. The whole staff are great !

I was trying to find fault but nothing and it's good that i brought my own magnifying mirror . LOL !

Rooms are clean, staff is amazing, the location is great, and so many restaurants around the building

Rooms are a little too small , need a full bar that way the guests can enjoy a few cocktails and socialize with another guests

I loved the breakfast on Saturdays they had chicken tamales my favorite, it was awesome. I also loved the fact that Holiday inn is surrounded by several other restauraunts.

Awesome breakfast. Very comfortable, and great location. I stay here every time I am in Guatemala City. It is affordable, close to the airport, and in a safe part of town with great restaurants and museums.

I wish the bathrooms had bathtubs to relax in. Showers are utilitarian, but a bath option would be much better. Everything else is good!

great location, everything is very modern and clean, we stayed at the intercontinental a few days prior and paid more than double for a much older room and less amenities.

my girlfriend left her purse when we checked out and while it is our responsibility to call and get it back when we were done traveling , someone had already attempted to use one of the credit cards. not the hotels fault but I would keep my valuables in the safe if staying for multiple days.

menu of the restaurant bad, they don´t know what is Lasagna, although it is in menu they didn´t asked to open a account for voucher in my check in a bit dangerous outside with many poor people asking to shine your shoes

location is great rooms are beautiful and clean the blackout curtain ♥️

the pool. was really small and overcrowded even early in the morning it also doesn’t get much sun bc of the other buildings

Good facilities, fresh and clean rooms, quite nice pool area but the pool could have been warmer. Good food from the restaurant.
