Hola Management. I enjoyed my stay at Santander Plaza Hotel. That's why I want to share a couple of practical suggestions: 1. Correct the hotel address at booking.com. Giving customers an incorrect (fake) address is bad for your business. 2. On booking.com, flag your hotel that it has a 24/7 reception desk. I was looking for that, but Santander wasn't listed. So, I stayed for more than a week in a different hotel. Your loss.

breakfast was simple but tasty! the staff was great! and always treated me well. I loved my room! it was a corner room with plenty of windows and very large! loved it!!!! the bed was cozy, stayed 3 nights and I will stay there again when I return.

my room had 2 beds I would have preferred one large bed, that's my only complaint. other than that, my stay was perfect!

Great Stay! I choose this hotel because of its location and rates. Thanks to booking.com, I got upgraded to the apartment type suite! the room is HUGE, big balcony, 2 large beds and large bathroom. I loved that they had some kitchen appliances like a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Nice breakfast was also included I felt very safe staying here!

There were some small rips in the fabric of the window drapes or hardware that seemed to be falling off....small details which could easily be fixed to make an older hotel look fresh.

The location is great, there are a variety of restaurants and bars all within 5-10mins walking distance. Our room had 2 double beds and conservatory which was unexpected!!, it was so comfy, clean and spacious, we slept really in the beds. We had everything we needed in the room; a coffee maker, TV and large bathroom with a strong shower and hot water. The staff were so accommodating and friendly, they went above and beyond for us, we were able to arrange an early check in and a late check out to fit around our flights. We were very comfortable here and would definitely recommend it. A lovely place to stay and great value for money.

The hotel is very well-located in Zona 10, with plenty of handy amenities nearby. Our room felt pretty palacial and was equipped with a mini-kitchen. Hotel staff were very helpful and the wifi was good and fast!

Reception staff were very helpful in person, but my enquiries via Booking.com (before we arrived) went unanswered. (Asking for a taxi transfer from the Litegua bus station in Zone 1 to the hotel, and asking about transport from the hotel to the airport.)

In good location, near the airport, offers free airport shuttle. Walking distance to a shopping mall and restaurants. Room is spacious.

Heard street noises at night. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent. It came on really hot on off. Be cautious.

The room was very ample, with a small furnished dining room area, sink, utensils, coffee station, etc. The Lent (Easter) atmosphere was unique (colored sawdust carpet in the lobby, palm fruit lending the holy week aroma to different areas, etc.).

The restaurant is not open beyond breakfast.

Wonderful, friendly, and professional staff. The rooms were huge and well equipped. Breakfast was exceptional. The location is ideal for exploring places in GC before venturing out into the country,

Some traffic noise from city streets--but I challenge you to avoid this in the city.

The people at the reception and at the breakfast were really nice, they helped storing our luggage. The location is fine, near to some bars and restaurants in Zona 10. The apartment was big and had a kitchen that we didn't use.
