Location, right off main street but super quiet. Comfortable beds, great size room. Hot shower, but low pressure. Nice pool and outside seating areas. Wifi worked in the room. Were able to stay here because of the discounted price.

Pool was super cold, but still nice. The room got really warm at night, fan on the ceiling didn't do much and there was an extra fan but that made so much noise because it only had 1 speed. We were able to open the windows in front but there was no mosquito nets on them as the back windows. It cooled down somewhere in the night luckily.

The rooms are spacious (we had a triple room), the beds are large and comfortable. The location of this property is amazing, just on the main road of Panajachel (Calle Santander), so it's very easy to get any bar or restaurant within a couple of minutes walking. There are plenty of shops in that area as well. There is a swimming pool and there are beach-chairs around it, so it's perfect to relax there. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The day we reached they gave us a room, but when we went to the room they were still cleaning it (even if the checkin hour had already passed), stating that they had done some fumigations. In the end they gave us another room, and I did not really understand why they had not given us that room from the very start. This was in any case a very minor inconvenience. However, it seems that either due to those fumigations or because they had issues with bugs, every morning, in the breakfast area (restaurant terrace) there were a lot, but a lot of dead cockroaches on the floor. What bothered us was the fact that the staff did not bother to clean those, they only did it after we asked them. It is a bit disgusting to eat on a bed of cockroaches after all.

Exceptionally friendly staff. The lady at the reception when we arrived late in the evening made an effort to speak slowly and clearly as our Spanish is very basic. We got two extra blankets because it was a cold night and in general she did her best to make us feel comfortable.

The WiFi was a bit patchy in the room but those are first world problems aren't they. Good WiFi elsewhere.

Everything! The lovely grounds, the peace and quiet, the shower, the breakfast area, the location, the staff!

The room gets pretty hot and there’s no air condition. But the pluses outweigh the minuses by a lot! Great place to stay.

Can highly recommend this hotel! The room was spacious and nice. Everything including the bathroom was very clean. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Breakfast was also very good and the patio where you can have it is very beautiful.

Could use space to hang wet towels, and also a handrail for the pool.

The hotel is located in a very nice spot in Panajachel. The pool area is lovely and the room has a good size. The food is lovely, I had dinner and it was nice, breakfast too.

The hotel is lacated in the center , 7 min walk fron the lake. The rooms are big and clean. We ended staying there for 4 nights. Breakfast is very basic.

Breakfast was very basic . We stayed there for 4 nights and i had to tell them to clean the bathroom.

The location is perfect, right by everything you want to explore. The breakfast was simple but really good.

The only unfortunate thing was that the pool was being cleaned our first day and a half there so we couldn’t use it and that’s part of the reason we booked this place.
