Very comfy, big, clean and quiet room. Wifi worked well. TV had a couple of English-speaking channels. The staff was polite and helpful and the receptionists spoke good English. The hotel is set in lovely grounds and in a great location beside the main street and close to the boats.

The only thing I found odd was that reception wouldn't book a taxi for me. The guy was happy to call a travel company, ask for the price and tell me where to find the company in town so that I could go and book it myself, but he wouldn't make the actual booking. I went to the travel place and they tried to charge me a lot more than they'd quoted the hotel. I eventually got the price the hotel quoted. It's the only hotel I've been to in years that refuses to book a taxi for a customer.

Hidden gem. Located right on the main tourists strip of Pana, doesn't look like much from the street, but once you pass through the gate, you're in for a surprise! This is a very large, beautiful, well-kept property. It's very clean and comfortable, and the SPA is amazing: two hot pools, the sauna, and the massage parlor are amazing. Jessica, the masseuse, was brilliant. The hot tub was hot, clean, surrounded with lush vegetation, gentle spa music playing in the background. Attentive and friendly staff. Simply wonderful.

Just a bit hard to find the entrance from the main street. May need a sign that's just a bit bigger or more obvious..?

Great location off of main street. Very large room. Thermal spas were great at the end of a long day. Alma at front desk was extremely kind and helpful. Other employees not as much. Hotel has a generator, so still had power when city power went out during thunderstorms. Lots of indoor places to sit and relax. Enjoyed my stay!

Need more employees helping at breakfast. After not being served for quite a while, I ended up walking away and finding a restaurant just down the street for breakfast. It was very clear that the employees working were doing their best but just not enough of them to keep up. I needed to catch a shuttle so couldn't wait any longer.

Beautiful and peaceful location and gardens with many birds and flowers, spacious room with comfortable large bed and with some old world charm. Lovely hot pool. Helpful staff.

The sauna was not in operation despite this being advertised both on Booking.com and on the hotel’s own website. They did not know when it will be back in service, but said hopefully in the next few months.. Which seems like a long time for getting it fixed? I wasn’t happy with this, as the sauna was one of my main reasons for booking this place. For the price you pay per night, breakfast really should be included in the stay. You have to pay extra for it at the moment. Also, expect some of the interior to be somewhat old and worn, this

Best location - easy walk to restaurants, bars, embarcadero. two aguas termales pools. the grounds are peaceful. screens on windows making it possible to leave windows open for fresh air. clean rooms and linens. massages available on-site however, tried to book service but masseuse was booked. friendly staff.

First night was just awful - noisy (cars parking at all hours, people talking loudly) … No sleep; thankfully the second night was not as disruptive and we got some sleep. Breakfast is not included, tried breakfast once but not very good and expensive in comparison. Recommend breakfast off-site. Some updates with modern conveniences could make the room a bit more comfortable. room does not have 3-prong outlets; in fact not enough outlets - just 2 by the bed. had to unplug the bedside lamp to free up the outlet for charging phones, tablets, watches, AirPods, etc. Updates could be made to keep up with the needs of the guests.

I love this hotel. I was there with family in vacation for 3 nigjts. It was clean, confortable, staff was wonderful and ready to help. What I love more about it, is the quiet and the instalación, full of trees and nature. The back is practically next to a mountain. The temescal and thermal waters are wonderful. The massages were so relaxing.

I did not find anything wrong. The electricity went away, however they have their own plant, so it didn't affect us at all.

I stay there for the location and the wonderful natural thermal pools

Rooms tend to be dark. Not a lot of options for lighting...either overhead glaring lights or small reading lamps over the beds, which make it quite dark. Used to have ecofilters available to refill your water bottles. Now just one plastic bottle per person creating trash.

The staff was very accommodating, and I was allowed to check in early so I could go to a nearby event on time. We traveled with a dog, so we gave notice and paid a fee, and the stay went well. It was a lovely place, at great value and in a good location.

The one thing is the toilet chain was broken when we arrived. I gave notice during checkout (because I had been out all day for the event and hadn't noticed) and was told it would be fixed, which I'm pretty sure they did.

Spa and termal pool. Also pet friendly.

distance to the center of action of Santander Street. The massage session was very good, however, to book it took me several attempts and calls. This was annoying. Also I booked 60 mins for my husband and the lady did 90 without asking and requested the additional payment, since it was a prepaid session.

Great location in the middle of Panajachel. Walking distance to everything. Clean and large rooms. Good shower water pressure. Staff was friendly. Beautiful property and common areas. Good WiFi.

Rooms were outdated but added to the charm. Poor shower water drainage.
