After 14 days of Icelandic adventures, 3,000 km by car, nights in a tent, and a very close relationship with Icelandic campsites, this apartment was like a wellness vacation for the soul and especially for my back. Huge, cozy, with a top-notch kitchen, a stunning view, and a bed that sent me into a deep sleep, a full 10 hours straight! (A record after two weeks in sleeping bag mode 😅) The washing machine and dryer were the icing on the cake. I flew home with clean laundry, a little luxury that my friends on the plane certainly appreciated. Check-in? Easy as pie with a code. Location? Perfect, Restaurants and Supermarkets right around the corner, yet still quiet. In conclusion: This apartment was the crowning conclusion to my island trip. I loved it. Thank you, dear team, you turned a tired adventurer into a clean, well-rested person!

The only downside? That I couldn't just take the apartment with me. I would have preferred to pack it in my hand luggage. 😅

very open , bright, tons of sunlight , huge windows, mountain view’s, very big room, great beds.

Stupid things, but annoying. Dish rack didn’t have a tray, so had to use a kitchen towel underneath to catch all the water from dripping and running off the countertop. Was given 1 towel per person, no washcloth. And no place to hang towels in bathroom, nothing , not one hook or towel bar. Also, no shelf to put toiletries. And the worst…. the usual european situation where there is no shower curtain, but rather a glass panel blocking half the entrance to the shower stall, with the other half completely open, and all the water goes on the bathroom floor. No comprehension why this is a “thing” in Europe so easily solved with a curtain.

Very comfortable accomodations. Has everything you may need with a supermarket across the street if you need shopping. Easy to get on highways for Golden Circle or for South Coast trips.

apt 602 bathroom door doesn't close. Checking in was confusing because I had 2 reservations and was told that I can keep room from the first reservation for both stays but when I was checking in it turned out that I had room from the second reservation. Took extra 30 minutes to straighten things out.

The apartment was very roomy and everything was clean, with a well stocked kitchen. It was great to be able to access our netflix on their smart tv. The location was great and we felt very safe.

I had asked for separate beds but it was set up as one when we got there. One evening upon our return the door in our hallway just getting off the elevator was locked and would not accept our room code. For a bit we didn't think we were going to be able to get to our room. Fortunately I had brought the owner info with me, but it took some doing to get in touch. As it turned out the door was faulty and the code had to be reset while on the phone with the owner. I don't know what we would have done if I didn't happen to bring that with me. There was no indication that that door would ever be closed only to be accessed by a code. A bit scary and we had melting groceries.

The studio has all necessary amenities. A good plus is the parking, just in front of the building. There is a supermarket and a bakery across the street, so it is easy to get breakfast or some bites. The location is good for traveling around Reykjavík, but a bit far from the centre. We had clear instructions on how to get in, out and around.

It was a bit basic, not many towel hangers in the bathroom and not much place to put things around the sink. The studio was not 100% like in the pictures, we were expecting some separation between the sleeping places. There is a gym at the groud floor, which is good, except when they have classes early in the morning and you hear the music and the noise (we stayed at the 2nd floor)

It is a great place for family. The best part was the location and its breathtaking scenic view. We booked the room with view. In the beginning I thought it was too expensive however considering Iceland is relatively very expensive comparing other places in Europe and USA, I think the room rental was ok. We booked one bedroom apartment for two of us and two kids. Living room had a very decent size sofa cum bed that was enough for the grown up kids. The room had a TV, fridge, microwave, electric stove, small dinning table, and all crockery and kitchen utensils needed to prepare and serve the food. There was a common area on the floor where washing machine and dryer and iron and iron stand was available for guest laundry requirment while washing soap, dish soap and napkins and other cleaning materials were provided. Bathroom was clean and very nice. Ample free parking was available at the property.

They were not flexible on the request for early check in, we requested several time but our request was denied. There was a fire alarm during our stay that created panic among all the guest, Fire alarm kept rining for more than an hour until a management staff could reach and reset the alram. . As the management of property is entirely handled remotely through internet communication with guest, there was no one from prperty who could take appropriate action to handle the situation hence there were panic amongh the guest.

This was the best stay of our trip. There was an elevator to take us to the 6th floor and a parking lot. So many windows and a nice view. Right near a Bonus and closer to the airport than city center. While we didn’t use them, it was nice that the apartment had an oven and a washer/dryer available. Also noticed of the places we stayed at this trip, this was the only shower laid out correctly with the drain opposite the shower head instead of right below it. There’s no doors or curtains for the showers and the drain at the back would help prevent water from getting into the rest of the bathroom

Spacious studio, with kitchen and microwave to cook. Easy parking outside, easy check in with door code, BONUS supermarket just near by, short drive from city centre, highly recommended if you are driving.

There is no washing machine! Seems that something changed. NO LONGER have washing machine. Deeply dissappointed, as I booked because seeing from other reviews that there is a washing machine and dryer everydoor, but now it is no longer the case, there is NO WASHING MACHINE at all. And the nearest laundry place will close outside work hours.

Apartment is well equipped, you have everything you need, including kettle, microwave, additional pillows and blankets. TV have access to Netflix and YouTube, which was perfect for our evenings. It’s a big far from the city center but if u have a car that shouldn’t be a problem.

- when we came to the apartment, floor was a bit dirty in a way it wasn’t properly vacuumed, in the corridor was dust from the clothes I guess and on the kitchen floor was small pieces from the previous people (but I need to mention that owners were very nice and asked to solve this issue straight away) - in shower, there is no separation on the floor, so water always leaked to the direction of the toilet, was a bit annoying

The property was in a good location if you have a car- 15 minutes from any popular spots and plenty of parking spaces. The staff was very responsive via email and phone.

The room was not clean when we arrived. This was especially frustrating because we had requested an early check-in and were told that would not be possible because the room needed to be cleaned. When we arrived hours after the scheduled check in time, the pull out bed did not have proper sheets and was dirty. There was hair covering the walls and floors that was not ours, as well as dead insects on the walls. However, the staff responded right away to our email and call and arranged for the room to be cleaned the next morning
