I relied only on in room dining, which had a varied selection of food and service was very good.. Hpuse keeping was excellent as was all other things. The bed was actually so comfortable. Checking was smooth and I was very well looked after Rupinder from reception Infact it was so good I booked another night.

Check out was another matter, I am sure a hundred percent it will be rectified! My bank card was used as a deposit but I paid cash, for my two separate bookings but when I got to my destination I realised they hadn't mentioned my card and that they were still holding my money. I rang up and reminded them and spoke to a woman ( I am not going to name her ) all I was asking when they had actually reimbursed it, quite a simple question but she wouldn't say and actually hung up the phone!!! In the end I managed to speak to the manager who in the end did help me out. But please hanging up on a customer is really not the way forward. Nevertheless I loved ur hotel and look forward to staying with u again.... reguards

Excellent hotel, spacious and modern rooms with superb view . In room dining is expensive but you can ask for a discount they generally give 10-15% They have a nice gym and a decent swimming pool next to it . The soundproofing can be improved as one can hear the noises in the room of people talking in the corridor . Breakfast is the one of the best in tricity considering the price range of the room. Three types of fresh juice , everything you can think of . The location is good for someone having work in the nearby area or looking for hotels near airport, however from Chandigarh point of view location is far

Hotel is very clean and look after. Rooms had all the amenities that a hotel provides. Beds are very spacious and the hotel definitely has that red vibe. Staff very friendly. When asked for anything they do provide.

Not a whole lot. Buffet on the first day was a bit slow. Live stations are a bit on the slower side. But that was completely different on the dinner and breakfast the next day. So it could be they were having a bad day. Mohit was excellent. Very good member of staff and does his job very well. Takes pride in his work.

Breakfast had good choices but the service speed needs to be improved. You can have Omelets, Dosas, Parathas and Poori or Bhature from the live counters. You also get Waffles and pancakes from the live counters.

Service speed and attention to detail needs to be improved. eg the ingredients requested in your Omelet or Waffle topping were often wrong.

Friendly staff, good food, nice ambience. Well maintained lobby. Morning live music was a great surprise. As I had an early morning checkout, the kitchen staff arranged a take away breakfast for me and my family.

There were no bathrobe available in the room. Bathroom supplies were limited. For example, only one dental kit provided for three guests, no shower cap. Had to ask separately for these. Also guests are issued onlt one room key, which is not convenient when you have more than obe guest staying in a room.

Nice international standard hotel. Easiest way to the centre is with a taxi app. Shopping mall opposite with food options. Breakfast was very good with all options anyone would need, much better than expected. Good food for lunch and dinner too, plenty of flavour. Rooms very comfortable, staff very helpful including airport pick up. Nice design of common spaces. Can't fault this hotel.

The staff is well trained,well briefed and extremely polite and remain cheerful. The ambience is lovely specially the splashes of red and grey which have not been overdone,just the right amount of it. The rooms are well done too with nearly all facilities available. Although there is only one multicuisine restaurant but it caters for the palate and the staff is ever eager to meet your needs with a smiling face. The bar is well located in the hotel and has really comfy seating, a nice bar with live music. The staff there too is wonderful. The uniforms have a contemporary look and are smart and trendy. The washrooms are squeaky clean as are the rooms. The crockery and cutlery are well thought of and give a sophisticated look. The napkins have also been gone into to the last detail. This is a place to stay just to experience what a hotel should be all about. Well done.

clean premises, professional staff and morning music was amazing!

8/10 rating. two points deduction for lack of communication on two occasions. first: I was lost and needed directions. I called the hotel four times and there was no answer. second: I requested taxi information twice before I decided to ask one final time and that’s when I receive the info after insisting that has asked twice before. other than that, the stay was great on all other areas.

This hotel is the cleanest hotel I’ve been in India, it’s spotless. The rooms are beautiful and luxurious and the Service is excellent. Karamjit at the front desk was extremely helpful and all the other staff were also terrific. The food was also really yummy with lots of vegetable dishes available. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

All the staff, particularly at the reception and the dining area were courteous and helpful. They took extra effort to make our stay pleasant. Particularly Manjit and the lady from Kolkata- sorry forgot her name. On the last day we were treated to a pastry on the house. Would stay at this property whenever visiting Chandigarh.The room was clean and very comfortable. The aesthetics great!
