Beautiful swimming pool, big & clean room, nice staff and good breakfast

Position: It is not really far from the city, but you need a taxi everytime you want to move into the city, because the street is dark.

Great pool, lovely staff, very helpful. Lots of choice on restaurant menu. Staff were happy for us to check out a little later at 1pm and then we left our bags at the desk and stayed on for lunch as our flight was late afternoon. This made it a very smooth visit. Rooms were fabulous, we had a family suite and a twin room as we had 5 people and they ensured we were close by our older kids (teens).

Restaurant had a good menu. Was disappointed in the chicken satay (bland), but club sandwich was awesome!

Tour and taxi organization is poor. example we booked through them one minivan 6:30 am but driver didn't come. Front desk doesn't have the number to call them, mean day before colleague not left number on front desk in case of emergency. This is scarcity of organization. Anyway on 7:10 front desk manages other van for us to Airport. Thanks that gentleman who was on that date.

Breakfast was great, the breakfast box given to us for our day trip out was terrific too. Staff super friendly and helpful-really nice people, especially when our flights got cancelled at the last minute and they bent over backwards to try and get us more flights etc.

It was quite a hike into town, so a free shuttle bus in/out of town would have been useful - the hotel asked for $7.50 each way to drop you into town (the taxi fare from the airport to the hotel was only $7 and was much further, so this was a bit of a rip-off). Also, there were no spirits there for the drinks listed. Maybe it was because it wasn't peak travel season, but a little disappointing you couldn't have any mixed drinks when you wanted them.

We stayed in the deluxe suites with additional beds for the children. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet food varieties is good. The hotel has one decent-sized swimming pool and a small private beach. The hotel is about 5 minutes drive to the marina and main tourist area, and 10-15 minutes drive to the airport.

This is not necessarily the hotel's fault, but there is litter on the beach all the way to the marina.

We spent there just one night heading for the Komoro boat trip - but I think this hotel deserved more than this. Good for a family holidays: beach access, decent pool (no slides), bar at the pool, restaurant in the hotel and a decent one (typical Indonesian 'warung' with sea food) further 5 mins towards the Labuan Bajo city. 4 prs bedroom and buffet style breakfast make it a good choice for a family.

Large comfortable room with good air con, beachside pool, fitness centre, good views.

The fitness centre equipment was mostly broken or not working and the door would not stay shut. There was nowhere to refill drink bottles with water which seems wasteful so you had to buy small plastic water bottles. The juice at breakfast was very sweet and tasted like it had additional sugar/syrup in it.

Beautiful spot, great pool, lovely rooms, clean and comfortable. We loved the pool area and the breakfast was also excellent.

The staff at the pool could have been better. I had to keep trying to find someone to help put up an umbrella, find a chair that wasn't wet, and order something to drink. In the mornings, the staff need to get everything at the pool set up and ready for the guests including putting up the umbrellas and laying out the cushions. Also my friend is vegan and there no options for her at all.

friendly staff, nice pool and beach front. Breakfast is great! Room and bathroom are big! water and juices are available in lobby. Nice garden. Hotel has shuttle service with affordable price (8€ to airport). we planned to come during period when the local tourism industry players were on-strike (Aug 2022) against govt decision to increase entry price from 15€ to 250€/head to enter Komodo Island, so we had to make changes. The hotel are so kind and fast to help us to reschedule and refund a few nights as we shortened our trip.

The staff was very friendly. They helped us with everything. They prepare us a breakfast box at 5am so we can go on an early tour, and when my husband need to go to the pharmacy due to something we ate outside the hotel they took us and didn’t charge for the taxi. They are really nice people. Good location, it’s a 15min walk to the restaurant area and you are near the marine. They have a really nice pool facing the beach, we watched the best sunset there;) Good breakfast
