The location is quiet and very convenient for the City centre, a trip to Howth or the local shopping centre/cinema. It is around a 25 .in bus ride into the City centre with a number of routes passing close by. The pool is nice and relaxing and never seemed too busy. Sauna and steam room were busy. Staff were very friendly. I arrived early and they very kindly sorted out my room with no fuss. Rooms are a good size, plenty of space in ours, lots of sockets and USB outlets. There is a supermarket and a couple of places to eat and drink very locally and the Airport is 20mins away again by bus.

The common areas (corridoors) need a bit of an update, lifts need an update, we were on the 2nd floor so walked everytime. The lift serving the pool did not sound healthy Not the Hotels fault but some guests needed a lesson on being a quieter at 3am in the morning so as not to wake everyone up. Water pressure is good but too powerful for the shower screen. No Vegan options for food on the menu which needs addressing. It might be me but the food and drink prices are way too high.

Overall facilities in the Hotel were lovely and with only a few minutes taxi ride, you are in Drumcondra with it's multiple pubs and restaurants.

Spa and Pool facilities were not all working and also we went down early to use pre breakfast and the sauna and Steamroom were only being switched on an hour after opening.

The room was lovely- very clean and comfortable with a fantastic hairdryer (it’s the little things!) The bathroom was great too. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was well worth the £12 we paid.

The hotel was further out of the city than we thought - about an hours walk from the city centre/ Temple Bar area. But it was worth it for the great room and quieter location

They were very flexible.I had to go for a full day training and I did ask them previously,if I can leave my car from the morning in the hotel's car park and they let me do that without any problem. The same on the following day,After I checked out in the morning, they let me leave my car until my course ended. This was very handy for me,because I did not have to find a car park ( and pay a fortune) near to my training centre.I am really delighted for that, and thank you! The staff was nice and kind, except one guy.Women were nice at the reception and at the breakfast as well. The room was big enough, and I have to say it was spotless clean. Also the bathroom, however it was a bit small, but still alright for me.The bed was comfortable and huge.Breakfast was nice, and there was a coffee machine and I was able to make a strong expresso, rather than a less strong american coffee. I could not switch on my television, and I tried to call the reception about it,but they did not pick up the phone. They must have been busy,I suppos. So I went down and asked them to send someone to fix the TV,and within 10 minutes a nice guy came and fixed it.It was a very quick respond,I did not have to wait for ages, thank God! Unfurunately I never got a chance to try the swimming pool and the sauna but maybe next time!

There was a guy at my check in and he was not very kind..No smiling at all.A smile does not coast anything but it would make me feel more welcomed. Some people should not work with guests if they are not able to smile,in my opinion. As I mentioned that, the bathroom was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was not a huge problem. The television was a bit old ,but still usable. :)

The location is excellent as you can get a local bus straight from the airport to the hotel and also to go into Dublin city centre. The bedroom was good in terms of space, very clean and comfy. The bathroom was a very good size too. Breakfast was also very good, a fair amount of choice

Just something we noted but on the first morning of our stay we had several people asking us if we wanted tea or coffee but the next day we had one person ask but had to chase it up as it didn't arrive. Also the tables didn't seem adequately laid. Had to ask or obtain a cup a couple of mornings whilst there. Again minor things but if you're paying a fair bit of money for that stay then you want that to be reflected in the service

Our twin room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The buffet breakfast was really great with lots of choice. The location was good for our purposes. All the staff were friendly and eager to help. On one occasion, the room we'd been allocated hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest and after notifying staff, another (prepared) room was promptly made available. Also, after noticing a cool draught in the room and contacting reception about the issue, it was quickly resolved.

The lift was very small, and while it accommodated 2 of us with our luggage, it was very cramped, but better than no lift, for 2 ladies in their 60's with heavy bags.

Having to book the accommodation last minute due to the storm and my flight getting cancelled I was very impressed with this hotel. The lady behind reception was super friendly, I think if it wasn't for her I would have had a melt down considering I was stranded in Dublin on my own! Bedroom very clean, the bed was big and comfortable. Bathroom clean and stocked with shower gels etc. The breakfast for €15 was spot on. Plenty of choice, again the staff were lovely and helpful. I will definately return (in better circumstances hopefully :D)

My only criticism would be my room had a joining door to another room (well I think that's what it was) I could hear literally everything from the room next door as if they where in my room. This did not affect my stay though in any way, it was just a bit odd... Fantastic hotel, would highly recommend.

Great location and easy on the bus route into the city. Lovely dinning area and great choice for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and efficient. Especially, Ana and the male receptionist when we arrived at 07.00.Telling us about the leap card and confirming the bus numbers we could use. He also gave us a leap card to use for our stay. I loved the pool and spa facilities. Very clean and well maintained. Great after a long day.

Not much really. Only the one lift was working so could cause a wait at times. Appreciate they are having work done currently though. The room was quite hot and the windows only opened slightly. However, when we called reception a fan was provided.

Clean rooms. We got really quiet room facing the gardens and far from the main road - which was exactly what we needed. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. It was all clean (including bathroom, carpet and beds), quiet and comfy. We had all we needed, despite only using the hotel for the hot shower and sleep. My only hope is that all other guests coming after us are going to be as comfortable as we were.

The only downside of this hotel is, that it is far from the city centre - but it’s kind of okay when the bus stop is right next to the hotel and the route takes only around 20 minutes. My roommate said he was cold in the night. We also noticed that the room’s door were not very noise proof. We could hear loud guests at the hallway very clearly - as if our door were open. However, we were lucky during our stay - guests were quiet during the night, so we had a good night’s sleep.
