The staff at Dublin One were phenomenal. Nothing was too much trouble. Every single member of staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming and made the stay! Aine in particular gave us brilliant advice on what to see, where to go and how to get the best out of our stay. The staff really are a credit to the hotel. The rooms and communal areas were spotless and maintained by
The room was smaller than we'd have ideally liked and the shower head leaked but was replaced immediately. Sadly the water pressure was a little too low so made washing my hair properly a chore. Showercap's and a nail file would have been a nice touch as i left mine at home and had to purchase one in town.

Really good location only 4 stops from the city centre. The hotel was really nice, restaurant and lobby area were beautiful, especially all decorated for Christmas. Staff were lovely and were so quick to help us with anything we needed. Room was decorated nicely. Nice big smart tv. Lovely bathroom.
Room was very small and other than one hanging rack with a few hangers no other storage space. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Some maintenance work was going on and drilling started at 8.30am the one morning which was not great! Very thin walls, someone next door to us was so loud, but these things are luck of the draw!

This is an excellent hotel. The staff is wonderful, the location is great, and the facilities are fantastic. Even the elevators are quick. The breakfast isn't expensive and it has a lot of items from fruits to eggs to bread to bacon to sausage, etc. I didn't spend any time drinking at the bar so I can't rate that. I did use the lobby/bar area to work on their tables. In the room, the bed is huge, you get four pillows, there is a desk to work on, a nice big TV, and the shower is awesome. The location is wonderful. Of course, there are lots of pubs nearby (it's Dublin) but also food options. There's a great coffee shop about a quarter of a block down the street. I really like this hotel and if I return to Dublin, and I hope I do, I'm staying here again.
The only thing I did not like was the red stool to sit on at the desk. It hurts your butt. It's ridiculous. I would work at the table for a while and then I'd have to go downstairs to work on the tables in the bar because that still is impossible.

We have enjoyed our stay in Dublin One hotel very much. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, from lovely housekeeping ladies who were getting us extra water and specific tea we asked for, anyone at the reception desk who we spoke to for information and tips, to wonderful Maria and polite and friendly staff at the restaurant. Breakfast was divine and likely the best we ever had at any hotel. Beds were comfortable. Cherry on the top were the amazing Ritual products in the bathroom. Distance to the main city center was walkable and there was an option of the bus right by the hotel. We hope to be back one day!

The room was clean and beautiful, very modern. And the atmosphere in the hotel lobby and Botanical was amazing, I really liked the decor and the overall feel of the place. Breakfast was great, and they even have vegan options. Also, since we had a really early check out, they even provided us with a takeaway breakfast. The staff was polite and really helpful, especially the porter from Brasil (unfortunately I don't remember his name). Also, the hotel is located relatively close to the center of the city, with just a half hour walk to get there.
The room was the accessible one, which is probably why we didn't have any nightstands or cupboards to store our stuff, so we had to keep everything on the floor. It wasn't bad, just a little inconvenient.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Dublin, and overall, it was a great experience. The room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were fantastic, with Daniel in particular standing out for his exceptional service and attention to detail, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, about a 20-minute walk from Temple Bar, allowing easy access to the lively part of the city without being too close to the noise. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its service and comfort.
One downside was that the window in the room couldn't be opened, which might be a concern for those who prefer fresh air

The staff were amazing. Nora was professional and warm in welcoming me. Got our booking sorted out in a jiffy. Knowledgeable and helpful. Someone from the night shift helped me with the safe at 5.30 am in the morning! There is always someone at the front desk, which is reassuring. The breakfast is truly award winning, fresh and delightful. The selection is to die for! I had breakfast all 5 days there. Great service too, even when it is crowded. Location is really close to city centre, all within walking distance.
Room was a little tight for me but maybe I am of a bigger build. But no complaints.

The breakfast was wonderful for ala carte. I loved the breakfast choices, and they were filling. They had the option of packing your breakfast just in case you wanted to go out early for your day's adventure which was great given the awesome day tours that Dublin offers tourists. The location was excellent and just a bus ride away from the city center and a bus ride to and from the airport. The place where you get off the bus from the airport is literally 2mins walk to Dublin One and that was really great. There's also a laundry close by and cafes and restaurants. Also loved the ambience of Dublin One lounge and restaurant area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Cindy (at the restaurant), Andrew (at reception) and the wonderful Irish lady also at the reception for your hospitality!
It would have been great to have a chair to accompany the table inside the room just in case we wanted to use our laptops. The room was smaller than what we expected but overall, the quality was still great.

The hotel was clean and the decor and aesthetics were nice. The front desk staff were helpful and efficient. I enjoyed the a la carte menu at breakfast. A nice change from the usual buffet you normally get at hotels. Breakfast was great with nice sized portions, coffee, orange juice and bread basket as soon as you sit down. The later check out time at 12:00 was also nice, especially since I had a late night flight, I could sleep in a bit longer and have breakfast a bit later. The location is perfect, about a 20 minute walk to the city centre.
There is not much I didn't like, however I do think the staff at the restaurant could have been a bit nicer. Maybe it was because I was a solo traveller, I feel like sometimes my order would be forgotten about or just take a lot longer to come even though the restaurant was not busy.

Clean and really comfy, nice style. The location was good, easy access on the bus to the airport, a neighbourhood with access to great pubs and restaurants, and an easy 20 minute walk to the main touristy areas.
We were quite surprised by the price given the size of the room and the facilities on offer, but I think that's probably true of a lot of the accommodation in Dublin. It was a bit ghostly, with not many people around at any time. Self checkin was handy, but if you like a personal touch to a hotel, this place probably isn't for you. Also could have done without the several emails about upgrades and promos before staying - bit aggressive.
