Kevin, the night manager and the bar staff were exceptional. As were the staff at reception. So helpful.

Could not fault the hotel itself. Beautifully festive and exceptionally clean. Staff were very capable and friendly.

On checking out I needed to remain at the property for a few hours. I purchased drinks and sat down on a couch. The concierge kept eyeballing me in a really unfriendly manner as if he was wondering what I was doing there alone. It made me so uncomfortable I left for the train station earlier than planned. Left a very sour note after a lovely stay and evening in Dublin.

Breakfast was 5 star. Fresh fruits and the hot buffet as good as what you'd get at any top hotel.

I found the pod bedroom very warm with the underfloor heating but I told reception and they turned it off

The room was comfortable, clean. The bar was gorgeous and food fabulous. Staff were very nice. They left cards and chocolates in my room for my birthday

It took a while to get into the hotel at night as the door is looked and no one was at reception

We LOVED the Iveagh Garden Hotel. From the minute we checked in (Alan was really helpful), until the minute we checked out (they reserved us a taxi for our trip to the airport - BEST taxi driver we’ve ever had in in any city), we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. We had a wonderful dinner (fish and chips and house salad were top notch), drinks in the bar, and a fabulous breakfast buffet with smoked salmon, cheeses, pastries, cereals (both hot and cold), juices, fruits, eggs (scrambled and over easy) pancakes, toast (with a variety of jams), tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, sausage - everything for a full Irish breakfast. Our bedroom was quiet and very up-to-date. Beds and pillows were really comfortable, and the bedside phone charger (no adapter needed) was a plus. Water - both sparking and still - were replaced each day as was the coffee, tea, and little biscuits. The huge bathroom with handheld as well as rainfall shower head was superior. Amenities included a blow dryer, iron and ironing board. The location is the best in Dublin. You can walk (or take the tram) to the Tender Bar Area, Trinity College, Museums, and SO many excellent restaurants. Like all Dubliners, the hotel, restaurant, and bar staff is friendly and welcoming. This hotel is located in a very safe area with beautiful parks all around. Just such an ideal spot, that we know we will be back. Highly, highly recommend!

Room, breakfast, dinner

The loud music in the restaurant when having dinner actually spoilt some of my stay. You could not hear or have a conversation without raising your voice. Just awful. Spoilt the hotel which was lovely. Felt I was in a nightclub.

Staff were incredibly helpful with directions. Doorman suggested a great pub Devits(?) on Camden, within walking distance. Dinning room/ bar had a nice atmosphere and the reception area had plenty of comfortable seating. A lovely spot to relax. The Victorian architecture of the area was beautiful, a wonderful surprise! Celebrated my 60th birthday and the staff helped my friend with arranging a surprise when we arrived in our room. THANK YOU💛

There really wasn't anything worth complaining about. Face cloths not in room when we arrived and some other minor thing easily taken care of. It certainly didn't spoil our stay ! There where too many good things about the hotel.

Our room was ready at 10am, it was the perfect size for 2 people (king suite) and very clean. We had a good mattress & the room was quiet, no street noise. Nice size bathroom & shower. We had a very good buffet breakfast and a good dinner @ the hotel restaurant. Great service during breakfast buffet, dinner & at the bar. Great location, within walking distance to major attractions & public transportation. Enjoyed the Iveagh Garden Park behind the hotel.

What I didn’t like was in the bathroom where you had rusted metal containers like the trash can, the napkin dispenser near the toilet & the metal toilet brush. They don’t belong with marble & tile.

My wife and I stayed at Iveagh Garden for a couple of days to celebrate our anniversary, and overall, we had a lovely experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was cozy, spotless, and perfect for a romantic getaway. The breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options to start the day.

However, the noise level on Friday night was quite disruptive. The hotel is located in an area surrounded by clubs, and when they closed, the street became very loud, with taxis picking up party-goers. Unfortunately, we struggled to get any sleep after that. While the location's lively nightlife was a downside for us, the overall hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel were fantastic. If you're a light sleeper, be aware of potential noise, but otherwise, this is a great spot to stay in Dublin.

Location was outstanding and staff were extremely helpful. Room and bathroom clean and set up well.

We had requested a room with three singles but received a Queen and one twin. Three adult children made it work but brothers would have preferred not to share. Breakfast offerings were on the buffet and mushy eggs etc.-overpriced for what it was but we didn't have time to look for other options. Nice staff but they seemed overwhelmed. A few good cooks doing omelets/eggs to order would provide fresher food especially weekend crowds after partying.
