Fantastic location. We were attending a concert in The National Concert Hall-it was a 5min stroll to the venue. Also a 10 min walk to St. Stephen’s green, fantastic. Iveagh Gardens right beside the hotel-a lovely oasis in the middle of the city.

All was going great until we arrived back at the hotel after our concert. It was approximately 11pm. There is a nightclub associated with the hotel. The music and DJ were so loud, continued until 2.30am. No sleep until it stopped.

The breakfast is a standard buffet which is repeated every day which is rather boring if you are staying more than two days. I missed other options such as salads and fruit which would have made the breakfast nicer. The Italian staff was relatively polite and not friendly. On the contrary the Brazilian staff was splendid, empathetic and very nice. I speak both Italian and Portuguese and know Italians and Brazilians quite well. The Spanish staff at the reception desk were very professional.

There is a construction site in front the the hotel and on the back of the hotel are several pubs. Although we requested a quiet room and even though they tried to give us one it is impossible to have a quiet room at this hotel. The location is simply too central and there is a lot of noise. Not only because of the temporary construction works outside but mainly because of the pubs behind the hotel which are very loud up to 2 am. I had huge problems to sleep.

We enjoyed our stayed in The Harcourt hotel because its has good location its near Stephen green and Grafton st, accesible to transport link (near to Luis tram station and harcourt bus station to Dublin airport, excellent hotel staff service, delicious breakfast meal and room and facilities were clean and tidy. The 1900 bar and restaurants was superb. The Harcourt garden bar was an indoor spacious area to lounge and have drinks with family and friends.

We stayed for 3nights for a double room, the room temperature control is not working for 2 nights and the room was hot. They provided a fan but still not happy with it. We spoke to hotel staff and asked for transfer to another room which they did on our 3rd night so we can have a proper sleep and be comfortable. They provided a bigger room and with ac. We were delighted that they listened to our request.

We stayed as a group of three girls, and initially, we only had two bed sheets in the room. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue without any problems, which we really appreciated. The hotel administration was also very helpful in assisting us with booking tours and providing information about the area. Overall, their efficiency and helpfulness made our stay more enjoyable.

While our stay was pleasant, there were a couple of things that could be improved. We arrived early due to our flight and were hoping to check in sooner, as many hotels allow check-ins around 2pm. However, we had to wait until 4pm, which felt quite long. Additionally, once we finally got into the room, we noticed there were no soaps in the bathroom, which was a bit frustrating after the long wait.

Easy access to main Dublin attractions, close to public transportation. Breakfast was good, in house bar and club were added bonus.

This hotel is in a very noisy neighborhood. construction is happening across the street, and property acknowledges this, but it still is very noisy. The club in the basement of the building starts to ramp up around 11:00 pm and closes at 3:00 am, which creates loins street noise. I guess this is Ireland. Also, the website says check-in is at 3:00 pm, however we were told our room would be ready at 4:00. After a day of travel the one hour delay was difficult for this tired traveler.

The building is elegant, the room we stayed in was actually very pretty, the staff were all helpful and kind, and it was in a very convenient part of town - right on the tram line to be able to get wherever we needed to go. There are many good restaurants and pubs just a street away. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and felt comfortable.

We were clear eyed about the fact that it would be loud at night and didn't really mind it, but for anyone even slightly sensitive to it, people are not joking about the noise! A crowd of rowdy club goers gathered outside our windows at 3am on a Thursday night and shouted and sang for approximately half an hour, which was mostly just funny to me. Somehow breakfast didn't get factored into our reservation and we had to pay extra - I was surprised by that, and didn't realize that also "continental breakfast" meant absolutely no hot food from the breakfast buffet, to the point of really having almost no offerings. Essentially, the "full Irish breakfast" is the only realistic option in the morning.

Quiet, central, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was decent. No cooked veggie option.

There was confusion over our booking which took a while to sort out. Breakfast started late and there was already a queue of guests who would also have liked an earlier breakfast by the time we arrived at the restaurant.

The breakfast was gorgeous. There was a wide variety of food which was beautifully cooked and tasted delicious. The fresh fruit salad and the fry were gorgeous. I loved the wheaten bread. The dinning area and staff were perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The Hotel was beside Stephens green, within walking distance of the restaurants we ate in at night and convenient to shops and bars. The price for bed and breakfast was very reasonable by Dublin standards. The tram dropped you at the door of the Hotel. Taxis were also readily available if you needed one.

Our rooms were on the fifth/top floor so the seagulls were a bit noisy, occasionally at night.

The staff who received me was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous! The room had everything you could have wished for, and more.

There was a lot of noise from the street. I think the window in the room wasn't very well isolated. And there was a construction site just opposite the hotel. It was difficult to find the bus stop to go to the airport in the morning. I would have wished some clearer instructions from reception on how to find it. The hotel is also quite far from the airport. I arrived late at night and had to take a taxi and that was quite expensive.

We stayed four people for two nights in the Playwright Suite, which was spacious with comfortable beds half a flight below ground. Comfortable beds, and warm shower. We did not try the breakfast. Walking distance to the city centre. We had no major concerns and would consider coming back in the future.

The room was a little dated in an adjacent building which did not have quite the same character as the hotel itself. There are some noisy bars further down the street and people passing by in the late evening, but we were positively surprised as to how little we were actually disturbed by this.
