It's a bar and hotel, not a classic hotel. It was created by combining several buildings, so it's a bit of a maze, but I enjoyed every minute. Part of the bar and restaurant is a former church, which, together with the glass wall in the bar, across two floors, creates a unique space. I just loved its design and vibes. You order and pay for food and drinks via an app from the table which is quick and comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with nothing to complain about. Our room faced the back alley, so it was pleasantly quiet.
We had a little trouble setting the ventilation and heating. The windows cannot be opened so we were worried about stale air. The staff was beneficial and eventually, the ventilation started. I would also appreciate a shelf for toiletries in the bathroom and a towel hook.

Very large room with comfortable bed and all the bed and bath facilities you need. Breakfast wasn't included in the price, but was only €5 for a standard sized breakfast from the wetherspoons pub attached to the hotel. (Cheaper and more expensive options also available.) Also got free hot drinks in the pub. Very happy for the price we paid, especially when compared to hotels of a similar standard in the city.
Slightly out of the main part of the city. We were able to walk but there was a nearby bus stop that went right into the centre and the tram stop about 5 mins walk away.

Quick Check-in. Wetherspoon is best for local experience, If you heard of it then you accept the standards. I loved to find a packed bar/restaurant daily downstairs. Price and offers are fancy. Few walking distance from Campden area or center. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. I asked for a quite room and got it. WIll come back.
There is a corridor from the reception to the hotel for breakfast and quite area. This place was always a mess and dirty in comparison to the rest of the hotel unfortunately. Staff would pass by and not really pay attention like if the other part of the hotel was more important. Dublin is hell expensive in comparison to EU cities, a bit too much for its standards.

The room was clean, bed very comfortable, feather pillows changed to hypoallergenic on request, tea/coffee facilities brilliant with milk, biscuits and water provided. We requested a quiet room which I would highly recommend if you are a light sleeper. The green line tram was very close by and the Airport shuttle drop off point also close. The hotel location is within walking distance of the main attractions, around 15 to 20 minutes. The main street this hotel was situated on was a little unkempt and you do have to look to find good places to eat/drink. The Landmark, The Port House Cava, The Taste Company are recommended for food.
While the hotel aspect was very good, the food/bar environment unfortunately isn't great and needs improvement. While the building was beautiful, the tables were not cleared or cleaned for hours.

Excellent place! Beautiful hotel, spacious and cosy room. Very clean and confortable. Nice restaurant with many separate rooms to enjoy breakfast and coffee. Very good price for the stay and for the food. The location was perfect for me. In the city centre. Very close to St. Stephen's Green (which is a hub for many busses that can take anywhere in Dublin or even outside the city. No taxi or car needed. Plus I could enjoy all the action on Camden Street until late in the night and be just 3 minutes walk from the hotel.
Everything was perfect, except one thing - the fridge. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

Rooms so clean, AC, Spacious for a city room, Accommodating to requests for crib and fan, Such a great price we were worried we missed something but turned out to be great! Also nice nooks to read/have breakfast/etc near lobby.
It was a maze to get to our room. I counted 14 doors we had to pass through between reception and our room. Also, despite locks on them, many were unlocked, so anyone from the restaurant downstairs or the street in general could have walked in. Carrying big bags, a baby, and bringing a senior citizen with us was a lot to trek through it all. If they warned about this, and if the doors that were supposed to be locked were, I would have given this a 10.

The location, didn't realize it was a wetherspoons hotel when booked it but worked out great for us! Not located in a tourist trap, 15 mins walk into the city centre, 5 minutes walk to the Dublin excited bus stop and was on a really good street for food and drinks without having to go too far from the hotel. Free tea and coffee available from the bar if staying at the hotel. Rooms were lovely and spacious, beds comfy enough, just issue with no stirrers or spoons in the rooms for the tea and coffee you have there as well and needed to get more milk from the trolly from the cleaning cart, other than that can not fault this hotel! Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Dublin!
Lack of stirrers or spoons in the rooms or enough milk cartons for more than one person to have a hot drink.

They have done a great job restoring these old buildings and it has a great presence on the street. Check in was very friendly and they have good prices. The rooms at the back are very quiet.
There is a smell of old beer in the bar area, it's clientelle is very young, lots of students as it's near a college, no one was causing any trouble or anything but it might put some people off. Also after we got back from our gig in town we decided to have a nightcap, it was nearly closing time but they served us, within a minute of sitting down we were told to leave as e they were cleaning up and we had to bring our drinks to our room , they should have told us this when we ordered our drinks, we wouldnt have wasted our money.

Very nice designed room (I like the chosen colour for decor), big shower, comfy beds. Beautifuly restored restaurant and bar area which includes old chapel, cute little corner seats, with pictures and historical facts on walls so guest can learn more about the history of this place.
The only thing I didn't like was the door connecting to the neighbouring room which allowed for great level of noice from people staying in next room. Even simple talk was disturbing, so we had to change the room (our "neighbours' had a nasty arguments, and were loud after midnight. There was no cold water running in the shower :D which is strange!

Everything about this venue was great. It was spotless. Everything had been sympathetically restored and we loved the preserved nun quarters and the stained glass. Weatherspoon's have invested wisely in the renovation.
Everything was perfect for us. Milk in the little tiny pots - maybe try something bigger as there was only about 5ml of milk and I had to use 5 pots in one coffee making lots of waste. The outside seating area was out of use. I understand due to the customers were making a lot of noise when drinks have been consumed. It is a beautiful bright space and could be used for growing food to use in the restaurant, start very small with tomato plants for example or a drink free sanctuary space/ peace garden . Would be beautiful
