EVERYTHING!! I stayed for two nights and it was so comfortable and usually quiet, of course there will be some bass music faraway outside because we’re right beside Diceys club, but even with that, it was still quiet and peaceful. I loved the room service as well, so helpful and friendly. I had bad cramps so I would order essentials from Shuppa and so because of the location, it would always deliver within 10 minutes!

The labels for the rooms (“Room service” and the “Do not disturb” label), it kept falling off or I would often forget to put it outside the door which is my fault… Cleaners walked in while I was in the shower luckily they heard the waters😭 The walls are also quite thin, I woke up at 4AM hearing other people in their rooms……….

Had an absolutely lovely stay at Jackson Court Hotel, great location, stayed there because we went to see a comedy gig in 3 Olympia, only 15 min walk away. Staff at reception on arrival were really nice and so friendly and helpful, breakfast was included in our rate and the staff there could not have done more for us. The only downside was the noise from the nite club but we knew that before we arrived. Overall a really nice experience, will definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The music from the nite club was a little loud, but not a big issue for us.

This is obviously a very popular pub and late night club for Dublin’s young adults, with the masses gathering at the Copper Faced Jacks in droves around 23:30 after the majority of the pubs close. This makes the hotel amazing for those who want to stay up late, go clubbing in Dublin or just enjoy staying up late. We had room 01G, which has almost no sound issues even though it is on the ground floor. The hygiene was okay. There were some issues with watermarks on the floor at the door to the shower and some smell a couple of times from the plumbing, most likely a sewage or piping issue. It was however only a couple times for less then half a minute. The location could not have been better, all the great stuff is on a walkable distance en it’s very central. The desk personnel was okay and professional, the guards were however amazingly friendly and professional. They took care not to let any clubbers inside the hotel area and once they have seen you a couple of evenings they open up and are very friendly. As a hotel stayer, you can enter the club through a separate entrance, and the entry is completely free. This is definitely a great deal for those who want to see Dublin and enjoy the nightlife. For others however while still suitable, consider that it might not be your ideal stay since there will be halfdrunk young adults everywhere outside. We however did not mind at all.

The optional breakfast could have been better but again, it was better than could be expected for the very reasonable price

It's a central location and cheaper then many similar spots in central Dublin so given this it was very good value for money. Suspect your enjoyment will differ if you are on the 1st floor vs 3rd floor however - there is a famous Dublin nightclub below the hotel and noise levels would be high on the 1st floor. Given this, would strongly recommend requesting a 3rd floor room. For the value involved the deluxe double was good value, spacious and clean, and only a 5 minute walk to St Stephens Green!

There are ear plugs in the room for free. A nice detail was a bag with some muesly bar and fruit juice on our departure day, even when breakfast is not included. There are also free plastic water bottles in the room, very convenient for take away. Location is also great, with many restaurants, pubs and bars for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and within 15 min walk to the centre, straight walk on nthe main street.

There is a disco on the ground floor, and you can enter for free if you are staying in the hotel. However, this means rooms are very noisy on 1st floor. We were on 3rd floor, the least noisy, and you could barely hear the music, so we were lucky. I would specifically ask for 3rd floor if I come back.

I always stay here when I stay in Dublin. Central and clean. Booked a double cosy room this time. And it was cosy! Very small room but hence the meaning cosy. Very warm with no aircon and windows don’t open very far. Clean room and bathroom with tea and coffee facilities. Fast check in with nice staff. Very noisy at night so don’t stay here if you want a peaceful sleep. Will return.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our twin room was very small but it was clean with fresh bed linen and towels..just the essentials for an overnight stay. I was able to get a hairdryer from reception. The actual hotel is a nightclub. We attended the nightclub so it wasn't a problem for us. However, I can't vouch for anyone hoping to sleep. The beds were surprisingly comfortable too.. The following morning, the place was spotless, the reception and outside surrounding areas, no signs of hundreds of people being present the night before. Oh and we also were on the guestlist for the nightclub as residents for the night, so didn't have to pay in..bonus!!

Our particular room was tiny, although we didn't intend spending much time in it , so it was fine. The key card mechanism was broken for our door and we got locked out of the room more than once. Although the staff were super helpful , even in the wee hours of the morning.

Really good service and the location was perfect for our night away. We went already aware of the night life in the area and we actually loved it!! Not a hotel I would choose if I needed to go to sleep early and wake up early as it is in the central of all the good pubs/clubs in Dublin. But if you’re looking for the perfect location for a night out this is ideal! They don’t have parking on the premises but they have the option of refunding the 50% of your ticket in the QPark on Stephens Green Parking and it ended up costing us only €20 for the 24h ticket which is cheap in central Dublin.

Good location, 15min walk to the shopping streets with all kinds of eating and shopping. The staff was very nice, I have an extra friend before the arrival at the hotel and the staff were happy to arrange me a bigger room for me and my friends with a very affordable extra charge.

The hotel located on a small club so there will be noise and music at night until 3. We were still young so that doesnt disturb us at all, the music was actually good. But will not suitable for older people.

Property was in a convenient spot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and they looked very fancy for a 2 star hotel. We were a young group so obviously we were happy to go to copper face jacks. Good value as well for one night.

The elevator felt like it was about to break at any given second. Room key could be dodgy and take a while to open. Copper face jacks stays open until 2am which is inconvenient for anyone who just wanted to go to bed (some of my friends). Ear plugs barely help with the noise
