Great central location Old Style, with beautiful high ceilings We stayed just one night to go see Rod Stewert in Royal hospital Kilmainham Staff called us a taxi & were very helpful Nightclub attached which we headed to after the gig ,,so late noise didn't bother us ! We didn't get breakfast there, we found a fab bar called Devitts on Camden street just behind the hotel & had dinner there on Sunday while watching a leinster match 😀 & breakfast the following morning , lovely food. We would definitely stay again , we didn't drive, we came up by train ,,so we didn't need to park in the city.
Didn't find anything negative.

Room was great, spacy. Location great for visiting bars and party. Was little loud, so you can hear the noise in your room but it didn't bother us. We really liked this hotel.
You can't park on the street; you need to take your car to parking place and it is not cheap. You can do trough hotel for 29$ for 24 hours or 4$ for meter 1 hour across the street. You can use public transportation which is not that far.

the beds were incredibly comfortable, the staff were lovely, and when we were heading up to bed the nightclub was booming and yet you couldnt hear any of it from the room which was fantastic
the room and bathroom were a lot smaller than expected for almost €200 for one night, and the tea and coffee in the room werent the best

The hotel is in a beautiful area of the city and is very welcoming when you get there. The decor was beautiful. Staff were very friendly
The lift is tiny. It was very noisy with late night bars playing loud music. We can't wear earplugs so the ones providing were of no use to us. It was clean except for the toilet having a stain on it.

Loved the location and the price. The hotel has a very nice, vintage vibe to it.
The water in the bath wasn’t very hot. There was no heating in the room, when asked at the reception if there’s anything that can be done with it, I was informed by a male staff he will have it checked. Nothing has been done and it was cold.

Location.
When using the self check-in, you have to type in your card number and it is very visible to anyone around you, just displayed there on the screen for anyone to see or take a picture of. Bed was OK for one night but any longer and I wouldn't have been happy. Quite sunken in the middle.

Staff were very attentive to needs, along with managed to finish all the work I had to have complete with the room they gave me.
Room was extremely warm but luckily they had given a fan upon request which helped a bit with the heat.

Amazing staff all around, great room very clean. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Dublin!
Very loud at night as club downstairs which is expected so if you’re looking for somewhere quiet don’t recommend this hotel.
