Very conveniently located right next to the bus stops and had Aldi's right next door, as well as other food options. The restaurant next door even had a small discount for eating there which was nice. About a 10/15 minute bus ride towards the downtown area. The bathrooms were a good size and the room was fine just for sleeping and getting ready. The staff was very nice and was very attentive with unlocking the main entrance late at night.
The beds were extremely small and the queen-sized beds were just two small twins pushed together. The carpets in our room were really stained and gross but the beds and bathroom were clean. Probably a little overpriced for what was offered but fairly nice overall.

Everything was fine
I used the parking facility of the hotel, paying extra for it, which was not a problem as this was known in advance. What I found incovenient though, was the fact that I was given a key fob to the parking site which I had to return to the reception every time I used it. I had to get the fob from the reception desk to reach the car and then return it before driving away, then, once arriving back to the hotel, I had to get the fob once again in order to park the car and then return it to the reception desk. I believe this is at least ackward. I would expect that there would be fobs at a number matching the parking spaces, and that guests would return them together with their room key on check out.

Nice hotel with very, very friendly staff. Clean room with a city view from the window. Very comfortable beds. Heaters quickly warm up the room, and there is a good heated towel rail in the bathroom (trust me, this is important; in Dublin, you will need to dry wet things). The rooms are well soundproofed, making it very quiet, and you can’t hear anyone. There is coffee, tea, and a kettle in the room. Supermarkets and bus stops are near the hotel, providing good infrastructure. Tip: Don’t forget to take adapters for sockets if you have equipment with Euro connectors. In Ireland, the sockets are type G.
On the downside: you need to ask for a hairdryer at the reception, the toilet doesn’t flush very well, and there is no foot towel that can be used as a mat.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful. Rathmines street where the hotel was located was a nice street with many restaurants and cafes. The center was within walking distance and the street was very lively so the walk was enjoyable. I would stay here again if I go again.
The only bad thing I can say is that the shower is curtained. Therefore, the inside of the bathroom gets a little wet after the shower.

I liked the size of the bedroom, which was bigger than expected. The staff was attentive and lovely. I had a medicine to put into the fridge and, despite not having one, they offered to place it in one of theirs. The location was very central, we used to walk from temple bar area to the hotel and the bed was comfy. They cleaned the room when we requested and the corridors smelled lovely.
The pillows not much and in the bathroom, there were only the hand soap and shower gel. I was hoping to find some shampoo bars. Having a minifridge in the room would have been a plus.

Location is fabulous. I spent many years living in the area before. A lovely, beautiful part of Dublin. It might sound strange to pick this out, but the bedsheets are fabulous. So soft. So comfortable. Really high quality. In general, the room exceeded my expectations - particularly with respect to comfort. While on a busy street, I didn't hear a sound from outside. Nothing could be heard from the corridors. As a former Dubliner, I think visitors would enjoy staying here immensely. There are lots of nice coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants in the area. It's calmer and more local than the city centre - which is just 20 mins away by foot.
Storage for clothes beyond hangers would be nice. The room is a little cold until the heater is on, so it'd be nice if they had a little more heat running through the building so you don't have to wait for the heater to warm it up.

The room was pleasant and spacious, the staff was absolutely lovely and helped me with every request I had
The booking.com strongly implied the room was a one with a bath (and costed more than one without) to only then find out it's actually either a bath or a shower and need to be requested. However the staff were lovely and rectified this on site, this was more a booking.com error than anything else

Manageress Nina excellent, very friendly and helpful at all times which was very much appreciated by me. Hotel central to all amenities in Rathmines. Very suitable to visitors on holidays as quick access to city centre via public transport. Room Comfortable.
Maybe a Safe for personal items in Room which would be of assistance to guests.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the city centre. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a desk and a tea tray in every room. The only problem was inadequate heating at night - the radiators turned off after some time and I would wake up in the middle of the night, feeling too cold. Otherwise I had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the fact that I could leave my luggage in the storage before check-in. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect location with many supermarkets, restaurants and facilities nearby.Bus stop are exactly in front of the hotel and you can reach any point of the city. Staff is super nice and gave us a lot of information. Also the cleaning service was very clever and kind cleaning our room even if after the time allowed. Room was clean and the boiler/kettle with coffe, milk and tea was perfect for us. I strongly recommend it!
Only as suggestion i can propose to keep some wall ac adapters for visitors, but Alicja at the reception was super kind and gave us one for the stay.
