Good secure parking available and a decent location in Dublin which makes it really simple to walk into the City Centre. Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay with no issues getting on.

Breakfast room is quite small considering the size of the hotel and means waiting for a table to be available in a small space. Perhaps needs staff to ask guests a time for breakfast to manage this better. Wooden/Laminate floor in the bedroom whilst is easier to clean, not as comfortable to be on.

Great location with ease of access to transportation. Great breakfast menu included. The onsite restaurant and pub are nice. Hot water and pressure provided for great showers.

Lack of accessibility for wheelchair guests to access most of the hotel. Accommodations made to facilitate handicap in wheelchairs, however the handicap room has an oversized bed making access to the bathroom difficult to maneuver. Access to the handicap room solely from the rear doorway with a steep ramp (steep for wheelchair) and heavy manual door that opens outward to negotiate. If alone, the handicap wheelchair guest will find it extremely, if not impossible to negotiate. WiFi was weak in our room; WiFi extenders are needed to reach the backside of hotel rooms.

Great location in Rathmines. Very friendly staff. Were able to check me in an hour early which was very helpful.

Room could use an update, but I saw outside that they're applying to expand the hotel, so maybe that will come at that time.

Very good breakfast, Very confy beds and localization - 20 minutes by bus from city center (however only 15 by bike, deffinatelly recommend to rent a bicycle). Staff was very nice and helpfull, pub attached to the hotel is big with very wide range of beers and very good food. Nothing to complain

There was mold on ceiling of bathroom, plug in bathtub didn't work, so I was unable to take a bath, only shower. In my room Wi-fi had very weak signal.

The room was really lovely, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and the underfloor heating was a real treat! An extra pillow and blanket were provided if needed and the free toiletries were a lovely addition. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful - in Reception, the restaurant and the room ladies! I was very grateful to Reception for booking taxis for me including to the airport with a 4.30am start - really marvellous!

Everything was fine!

The staff were very friendly and were made feel comfortable from the off, lovely place to stay with good food and would recommend to anyone needing somewhere to stay when up in Dublin.

We could of done with one or two more towels in the room on arrival but if asked for I'm sure would not have been a problem!

Quiet, nice breakfast, friendly staff, 2 (empty) bowls for the dog in the room, availability of parking, possibility to have diner/ drink at the place, a lot of other dining options nearby, there is a bus running to the city centre from the street & a taxi stand, Luas (tramway) is a 10 min walk

Dogs restricted to beer garden, very expensive but that is probably more a reflection on Dublin/Ireland

The attention to detail and willingness to assist with everything was unbelievable!!! Nothing was a problem, and Rahool was absolutely terrific. He well exceeded our expectations. He assisted us with absolutely everything, including directions and how the bus fares, etc, worked.

Having to leave the hotel after such an amazing stay.

It was an impressive Bed and Breakfast as it was very big and well decorated house. Staff was very friendly and very welcoming from Mexico and Brazil. We also appreciated to have nespresso coffee capsules with 4 machines in the reception room which was lovely done and beautiful. The breakfast was very good with many choices with 2 beautiful rooms.

But you should organize better the breakfast planning as it was completely booked so we had to go down to the restaurant room which was not convenient :-( Moreover we ordered omelette to a waitress but it seems she went away and the order was forgotten as a group of people arriving after us got their order... So we were a bit annoyed and went away because we waited for a long time for nothing.

This hotel is better value than most places I have stayed in Dublin. There is more effort made with the breakfast and the cleanliness and comfort of the bed. It is also located on a cool street in rathmines full of places to eat. It is good value

Decor is a little tired but it doesn’t matter because it is clean
