I appreciated the 24/7 shuttle bus from Pearson Airport to the hotel. My flight arrived around 11:30pm and by the time I had my luggage and was ready for the shuttle it was after midnight. Staff was very friendly and felt that they went over and above for me. I had an appointment downtown Toronto during my stay and they called a Taxi for me so I didn't have to search on my own. Breakfast is the usual continental style and I found the coffee was really good. I typically don't enjoy hotel coffee but this was very nice. I did not check to see if the pool or exercise room was operational or open as I did not plan to use these during this stay.

The only thing that could have been better would have been the TV signal. I am not certain if it was just my room or if it's a hotel wide thing. To be fair I did not contact the front desk either to see if this could be fixed. I could definitely watch TV it would just freeze/buffer every so often and was slightly annoying.

Great location and close to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable with a very comfy bed. Breakfast had a good variety of items and staff in the breakfast room were exceptional. There was a woman working in the breakfast room who was very pleasant and efficient. I also very much appreciated how thoroughly tables were sanitized after each use.

When we arrived the two staff members at the front desk spoke with each other in another language, while one of them was checking us in. I did not think this was professional and certainly didn't make me feel welcome.

Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, with a lovely huge bed and many large pillows. Excellent tv service and a great coffee machine with a variety of coffee and tea choices. The breakfast was fresh, with a large variety of hot and cold items. The kitchen staff kept the breakfast area clean and re-stocked items continuously. The airport shuttle service is free and friendly. The room was quiet and sleep was easy. Thank you to all staff for a lovely stay.

I didn't like that the hotel didn't have enough bus shuttles to take us to the airport in the morning when needed so we had to leave very early. Also ,they made no effort to provide a free breakfast to people leaving early ,they could have at least coffee at 3 am as they know that people are heading to the airport as they have a list .In Europe, free breakfast comes in a box to go if you have an early flight .We paid for breakfast twice .

The guy at the front desk at the moment of my check out ignored me when ai ask a question because a friend from somewhere just arrived with her mother. It is not a 5 Forbes star but attention and a personalized service is the key of the success. I am a butler from One and Only palmilla at san jose del cabo Mexico and can tell you about it. That's the best part of the whole experience, the personalized service and attention.

Everything on the hotel was good: the room, the beds, the bathroom and the Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The wifi was strong.

There are 4 or 5 Holiday Inn hotels around the YYZ airport. This makes it very confusing when finding the right shuttle to the hotel at the airport. It would be good to number the hotels and display the number on the shuttle so people can easily recognize the one that will take them to the hotel they have booked.

Friendly staff, lovely comfy bed, free airport shuttle. Not a great choice for vegans re breakfast but breakfast ok.

First room had soiled sheets and annoying air con which would not switch off. I reported it to reception. They sent someone up who switched it off but then it came back on 5 mins later , I went back to reception and eventually got moved to the room next door. Same problem with the air con so off to reception yet again, not great when you've been up 48 hours due to long flights. Someone came up to sort out the air con and then finally resolved. TV didn't work, no reception so lovely receptionist refunded some money to my account. Sorry, forgotten your name but I did say I'd give you positive feedback. Hallway carpets are filthy.

Good value for my money, a reasonably close drive to the International Centre for Trade Show Attendees. The beds were quite comfortable, and although close to the Airport, well insulated to sound.

I booked online at Booking.com, provided my CC information, not to be billed. When I arrived onsite there was a confusion about the booking and they had to rebook, I was billed twice to my CC. Thankfully the front desk staff were able to fix the CC issue.

information to the shuttle service isn’t really available online and I didn’t get a reply to my question about it call the hotel and there’s an option to call the shuttle driver, he’ll tell you where to go for pickup. morning shuttle arranged once at the hotel wish I could have known beforehand as I had to download Skype/get credit to make an uncertain phone call few hairs in the bathroom… otherwise clean and cozy

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were amazing! The breakfast was good. Good to have a microwave and a fridge.

I was not able to connect to the WiFi from my phone. The breakfast tasted good but the area to serve yourself the food was too small for so many people to have breakfast in a short time that it is served until 9.30.
