Ease of location for shopping, food and MRT..

Bathroom in room could of been cleaner. Build up of soap a d mould on grout.

The refrigerator didn't work and smells terrible when we opened it

The location is good. Easy access to Orchard Road snd only a short walk to MRT and shopping malls. Reasonable value for money.

The hotel is looking a little tired and could do with some refurbishment and minor works.

Located in Orchard Rd. area, not a long walk to the food, drinks, and nice shopping centers. Bus stop is nearby, MRT is not super close but walkable. I travelled for work so I didn't stay much in the hotel to use its other facilities. But all in all the room is nice and clean, not modern style but pretty spacious. Comfy bed too. The staffs are nice and helpful.

The lobby is pretty small and not that fancy, but that's OK.

The room size was very accommodating for my wife and I and the location was perfect. Aside from a couple of issues I'd stay there again.

The room had a smell coming from the air conditioning which was like there was a dead rat in there. Although there was an air freshener stuck in the vent it didn't get rid of the smell, this also signifies that the staff were aware of the smell. I'm unsure if this was the cause but I was sick for the 2 days that I was there. The other thing was the sliding bathroom door was loud and squeaky when opening it.

Breakfast was okay, but I got an upset stomach after eating breakfast there for two days. Location was good as there are nearby malls, restaurants, and bus/subway stations. There was also a money changer and small convenience store in the hotel.

The room lighting was a bit dim and taking a shower requires stepping in the bath tub, which is not slip resistant despite the built-in rubber in the tub. It will be difficult for older individuals to use.

Location was perfect. 5 to 7 minutes walk from hotel to Dhoby Ghaut / Somerset. There's a massage place nearby as well so it helped with all the walking we did for Formula 1. Plus, a 7/11 nearby! I could do last minute shopping by Decathlon or Uniqlo Flagship Store nearby. Will choose this place again.

The shower. It's a tub so I had to climb over. The entry was too small so I kept jabbing myself by the glass window. Had cramps many times from the tight squeeze. Other than that, everything else was great. It'd be nicer to have a bidet too.

Excellent airconditioning, comfortable large double bed, and seriously good water pressure in the shower. The roof top pool was great to unwind in the evening. There’s a small convenience shop in the reception area. The Hotel is 5 minutes walk to the Orchard Central Shopping area, and 5 minutes walk to two different Metro stations making it easy to get to other areas of the city. It was very quiet in the room, couldn’t hear any outside noise.

The room was quite small and lacking floor space for a couple with 2 large suitcases, but you can make it work.

The restaurants and food places around and close to the hotel were great

The carpet in all hallways. It should be replaced with granite or other types of floors that suitcase wheels can move easily. Also the carpet belongs to 30 - 40 years ago. they cannot be cleaned properly
