The hotel itself is very beautiful and it's within walking distance of several places including restaurants and The Arch. It's connected to a casino with a walking tunnel that takes you across the major road to access even more things without having to navigate crosswalks and traffic in a very busy area. The beds are large and comfortable, and the rooms overall are very nice.

The rooms were very, very dark with ugly yellow lighting in the main sitting area. One of the lights in the bathroom was out, and the one in the closet barely let out any light. One of the lamps had damage to the shade that they tried to cover up by turning the lamp so you couldn't easily access the switch used to turn the light on.

The room was ready for check-in an hour early as promised. It was clean, nice decor, and chilly on a hot day. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on! I accidentally locked us out, staff were super helpful and efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

One set of elevators broke down the first night. We simply used the ones on opposite side, though they were busier. We had hoped to use the pool. Maybe next trip.

Comfortable ,convenient location to main city amenities. Staff was very polite and helpful. Hotel design very well thought out and spacious. Pleasant and relaxing hotel center .Decor and water relief made the space.

Construction in the area made navigating in a car difficult but perfect for Walking just feet from main historic monuments,dining and entertainment District.Pool was not open but other options for family entertainment close by. City museums,Zoo,Cardinals baseball,Forest Park short cab , Metrolink or car ride away.Close to city metro link and public transportation such as Delmar loop attractions.

The living area of the room was great. We didn't have to stay in the sleeping area to visit. Also, having a TV in the living area was great to watch something sitting on the couch instead of laying in the bed.

I would have liked having a microwave in the room. I like staying 4 to 6 nights and would like to heat things up when not wanting to go out till later in the day.

Great location, Free parking, Safe enough area and close to different food options and tourist attractions.

My room had plenty of full body towels and face towels but no wash clothes, also the room has a mini fridge but no microwave.

Room was great as always, only issue was I booked room for my Son and his wife to take a weekend trip. Me and my wife stayed there the last time we where St Louis. I booked room through booking.com. Was only able to pay part of the bill. Tried several times to call and emailed once to pay the remaining part of the bill. Not at hotel staff replied or called back. Kids had to pay for the room, the money was put back on my card. I don't like it when people don't return my calls or answer emails.

Hotel was extremely quiet and access to the convention center was great with the underground tunnel. We utilized the shuttle from the casino to Busch Stadium and it worked very conveniently. Staff was overall friendly and helpful.

Only downfall was the pool was out due to repairs.

I didn't like after a certain time I could no longer get someone to answer the phone at the front desk. Especially when the bathroom door handle came off no one was available. When I did walk all the way down stairs with the handle someone was sitting there and said no one could do anything till the morning and I wouldn't be charged.

I loved the waterfall. Starbucks closed at 4pm. You check in at 4pm. No restraints near that deliver to the hotel rooms

For $159 no continental breakfast. Too far for me being disabled to walk to the casino

Very convenient to the arch, The American Dome and downtown. Free parking

My room was dusty, the sheets had stains and the carpet needed vacuumed.
