Breakfast seemed plain at first. But it had 2 types of bread to heat, mortadella, prosciutto,salami, 2 types of cheece .Plenty of italian coffee. Boiled eggs. Cake, nutella, and some other snacks like crackers etc. They clean the room every day. A/C everywhere. We had bathroom inside our room. Guess they have rooms that the bathroom is just outside. They have 4 rooms in the floor , having the same kitchen for breakfast. Nice matresses (kind of soft for my taste) Very good posisition. Really liked that city of bologna wasnt hot . it was like greek october!

Amazingly clean and up to date furnishings. Well equiped coffee machine. Great bed and linens

Access to room from street not clearly marked and needed to explain better. Was difficult to tell if it was the right place. Finally someone came down and got us. No lock on bathroom but as a whole felt very secure on location. Location in town seemed not as a nice part of town. At the train station had near abduction in the train station elevator. Police intervened and provided secure escorts for boarding and off boarding to destination station.

Everything was great and I absolutely enjoyed my staying there! I loved everything, from the location, the design of the room and the breakfast to the big window and the wonderful view to San Luca.

In order to enter or exit the room, you had to pass from the toilet, which was no problem whatsoever for me (I actually found it rather funny!), however I understand that if I had a travelling companion, it might have been a little difficult.

The rooms are super stylish and we felt like in a designer hotel. The breakfast was nice but the best about it all was that we had access to the kitchen the whole day. You could grab tea, cookie, or just cutlery at any time of the day. The location was great too, 10 min. walk from the city center. Supermarket Pam is just a short walk away, a great restaurant is around the corner and many bus stops are close by too.

The cleanliness had some space for improvement. The toilet was unflushed when we arrived, even though it had the tape across the cover signaling it had been cleaned. The foot towel was wet and the bedsheets were not ironed. Also, the street can be pretty busy, but it didn't disturb us much.

It was a great experience, we had a queen room with city view. The room was clean and simple, it had a coffe maker in the room and some free sweets, TV with netflix and air conditioning. Breakfast was good, they had sweet and also salty things like croissants, biscuits, bread, cream cheese, butter, cheese, ham and others ad well as coffe and water at any times.

It's weird that they dont't have a reception and you need to tell them when you will arrive so someone will be there waiting for you.

Good location, close to center and railway station (walking distance). Big room with balcony, small fridge and a comfortable bed. Espresso machine in the room. Coffee in the kitchen is great.

Wasn't expecting much of the breakfast but 2 out of 3 days it was empty. Not even bread. Called to announce but no answer. Some English would be good but lady was very kind and happy to help.

en-suite room would be better as a couple, since our bathroom was across the hall & to the left- just a small thing though. The description of amenities said soundproofing, this is as misleading as we could hear people moving about next door & in the hall.

Room was clean and close to centre (10 minutes) and railway station (10 minutes). There was also a nice balcony with nice view. Air conditioning worked well and everything was easy.

It took a little time to get someone to open the door for us, but nothing major.

Good property. It is a room in a big flat however we didn't see any of the other guests. We were only there for one night so it's fine for that.

The one problem was the shower - annoyingly the door does not hold the water in as well as you'd think so the floor ends up getting wet.

Very stylish, well equipped room! Breakfast was simple, but not too simple; good enough for me. Also, the room was very quite and it was possible to close an outside window shade to keep out the heat in the day (37C when I was there), and be completely dark at night (important to me). In short, just perfect room. If I come again to Bologna, I will again book there!
