With only 10 rooms, this is a very cute and quaint AV hotel. The room's dark décor and clever lighting is very boutique and it's spotlessly clean. The en-suite was perfectly sized, and I loved the small toiletries (shame I've forgotten the name). Our room overlooked the service area so no views, but very, very quiet so got a really good nights sleep. The hotel has a small fridge in the common area which sells bottles of water, beer etc but all food must be purchased elsewhere. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

The location is good for early morning train journeys. The specific street didn't feel too safe with a drunk in the gutter and someone smoking pot a little further down. That said, the hotel felt very safe and the surrounding streets were fine. I would have appreciated better description of how to find the hotel - it is a single floor in a high-rise with very small outside bell push entry.

The location was perfect for us as we had an early train out of Milano Centrale station.

Everything was satisfactory, although not outstanding. It was difficult to find as there is no exterior signage, just a very small label on a door. It didn't have the special touches I would expect when something is described as a boutique hotel -- it was, as far as I could tell, just a group of rooms on one floor of an office building. Some basic amenities, like water glasses were absent. Also, there was an unpleasant sulfur smell in the first floor lobby, although not on the floor where the hotel was located.

Very clean room and facilities. The hotel is on a small street and our room gave on an internal courtyard so there wasn't much of a view but it was very quiet.

It's quite hard to find in the building. There is a panel at the entrance that lists the hotel under its old name so it's a bit confusing. The hotel itself seems to occupy just one floor of the building and there's another hotel higher up. Once you've figured that, there's no problem. Don't expect breakfast, there are just a reception desk and the rooms. But there's a wonderful cafe nearby, on the plazza of the railroad station, just across the street.

The location was a short walk with cases from the central station. Lots of local restaurants around the area. Close to the Metro. The room was nicely decorated and clean. Staff were lovely and friendly and let us leave our cases before we checked in. When we came back at 2pm they were already in our room. Nice touch.

It was a little difficult to find the hotel in a side street with a buzzer and other apartments. One lift, and we couldn't see any stairs in entrance way. No complimentary coffee in room, although you could pay for one to be made. Also no food. But it was great hotel for stopping over, and the price was right.

Hotel was excellent and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Milan. It was a perfect place to stop off throughout the day being right on the metro line and great restaurants nearby! The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfy. The view of the train station facing room was great!

One of our rooms faced the back staircase and there was some work being done so there were people constantly outside the window so the curtains had to be closed most of the time.

Great location, over the road from Central station so easy transfers to/from airport. Friendly staff, allowed us to store luggage and check in / check out late free of charge. Restaurants and shops nearby. Opposite metro station. Easy to find. Staff let us put drinks in their fridge as no fridge in room.

TV was small and too high on the wall but this didn’t bother us too much as we were out most of the day. Shower cubicle was tight.

The receptionists and cleaning lady were all so kind and polite. They were the best aspect of the stay. Location was also excellent, right across Milano Centale, which was very useful to us since we arrived and left by train and did several day trips during our stay. The room itself was basic and small but clean. Shower heater worked well.

Too dim in the bedroom. The bedside lamps were stronger but faced down and couldn’t be adjusted for reading. Shower stall was small and could’ve been bigger, given how spacious the bathroom was. No free water or coffee.

Everything was so amazing! Hospitality of reception guys, clean spacious rooms with air conditioning. I would never think it was 2 stars hotel, because it deserves MUCH MORE :) Very close to the railway station, metro and just 30 minutes walking to the city centre

As was mentioned before the entrance was hard to find, BUT i called to the reception and they were super helpful to navigate me right

The property was located right across from Milan centrale which was very convenient and made traveling extremely easy! Location is great near lots of delicious restaurants! Many of the sights like the Duomo were minutes away using the metro. Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Room was clean and very spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

No complaints overall great hotel

Nearby to train station. We stayed for one night and it was easy to reach from Milano Centrale. Room was spacious. Gentleman at the reception was very kind. We had few problems with our room so, when we told him while checkout, he refused to take the city taxes to compensate. Really appreciate him for his kind gesture.

Our room had poor wifi connection. The heating wasn't working properly . Bathroom shower drain had problem. TV didn't work.
