1st the location, very easy to find from Milano Centrale Train Station. 2nd the room size, design and the view is amazing. Recommend to take the room with the view. Even the breakfast place at level 11 is breathtaking where you can see the Milano Centrale building from the top. 4th is the soundproofing window that cancels out all the noise from the busy road in front of the hotel. 5th is the hotel close to Halal Restaurant (Turkish) where you just need to walk around 150 meters. Also, they can keep your luggage if you arrive early at the hotel which for me is convenient. Chat with the hotel staff is also very responsive.

I wish they could provide more pillows because now they only provide a pillow per person, as for me at least 2 pillows per person. 2nd is I wish they could give hotel slippers per person because the room is not carpeted at all and it can be really cold. I wear socks in the room. 3rd is a toothbrush and toothpaste, please very basic necessity. Kettle in the room also can be a plus point.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel- the room was nice, clean and spacious, with a nice view of the beautiful train station, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. The air conditioning worked wonderfully in the crazy heat of 37 degrees. With the windows closed, there was no problem of noise from the street. Having read some reviews describing the safety issue at night, I was a bit concerned, coming with my elderly parents. But this wasn’t an issue at all- we returned to the hotel after an opera, at midnight, using the metro (the station is right next door), there were people on the street, very few homeless people, nobody harassed us, and it felt perfectly safe. The location was just perfect- just by the train station, the metro and close to some good restaurants.

Kettle provided upon request but no mugs to pour hot water to make tea to drink from. Only plastic cup is provided in the room.

The location of the hotel. was great. it was directly across the Milano Centrale station. There were also good dining options nearby.

The hotel could have a bigger display board. The current display board is quite small and difficult to spot.

The proximity to the station and the view from our room were unbeatable.

The toilet is in its own separate room, but the rest of the bathroom isn’t. A shower curtain separates the shower space from the bedroom and the basin is next to the bed. Not such a big deal for us but our teenagers in a twin room had to manage the lack of privacy by coming into ours while one showered. Not a huge deal for us but could be for those who don’t have another room to vacate to.

It is located right across the Milano Centrale train station and it is very convenient.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. It's in a great location right next to the central station and metro station. There are some great restaurants and bars in the area if you go for a bit of a walk.

Lifts were a bit slow at times. Also not the nicest part of the city at night.

Stayed for 3 nights. Beds are extremely comfy, not too soft because I need back support. Interior is quite nice, staff are very attentive, by 24 hours knew my room number by my face, without me even saying my room number.

Our TV kept turning on and off during the middle of night disrupting our sleep. The water temperature does not stay consistent and I kept burning myself with the water when it suddenly turns hot. The shower needs either a better shower curtain or a door because the water sprays everywhere. Breakfast eggs were overcooked, had a weird glaze on them. View from breakfast floor is breathtaking is worth the 15 euro alone

Value for money - breakfast should be included for the price I paid it's not worth €15 for a buffet. Shower for accessible room had no curtain or wall chair which meant that there was water everywhere and bit safe to walk after shower. I had to request a kettle, it was not provided on arrival. Once the kettle was delivered, I was told it's an extra €5 for coffee and tea in the room. Spending in excess of €900 for my booking, I found this annoying more than anything.

Our room had a balcony that overlooked the square outside Milan Centrale. The views were stunning. It was easy to get to the station and metro. We found some nice restaurants close by. The room was quiet and suited our needs. There are two lifts which helped in timely access and exit. The staff very friendly and had good English.

The room didn't really have a dedicated bathroom only a separate WC. Shower had flimsy plastic screen and opened onto the room so no privacy when getting out. The vanity sink location was a little tricky when more than one person was wanting to get ready.
