This hotel exceeds expectations. From the kind and informative staff to the phenomenal food and gorgeous views you cannot go wrong by booking this hotel. The actual hotel is gorgeous, the views spectacular. I was worried because I knew the hotel isn’t in Positano center, but ended up being a blessing. They will drive you to the center, the ride takes 3 minutes, when you call to have them pick you up they arrive in 5 minutes or less and the best part is you get away from the crowds of the main town to an oasis on the cliffs of the Amalfi coast. Couldn’t recommend more, felt lucky to have had the opportunity to stay here!!

If you're looking for a truly luxury stay on the Amalfi Coast, this is the place. Everything about it was done with attention to the comfort of guests, and we felt really and truly pampered. It isn't cheap, but it is worth it if you're looking for something really special.

We thought we would miss being in the center of the village, as this resort is quite a ways out of town. But with the free shuttle and other modes of transport, we found that the resort was a perfect respite after a busy day. We might have preferred a bit more options for meals, but it worked out well for our short stay.

The weather, totally out of your control we understand that. Also, we would have like music in the lobby/bar area in the evening. The musicians stopped playing at 8:00 and that was dissappointing.

The minute you enter the fabulous terrace you become one with nature. The sights, smells and care of the staff make you feel your Italian reverie on a whole new level. Far from the hustle and bustle of the town you have nothing but tranquilly and relaxation.

Absolutely NOTHING I would not change one thing. Best hotel I have EVER stayed in with command for service, fine dining at Zass and the tranquility of the grounds is perfection.

Our room - we suspect we had an upgrade in room 18 unless that is a classic room. The welcome and welcome drinks. The sundowners on the terrace was a wonderful experience. The boat trip was great as was dinner and breakfast. Hotel grounds and gym.

After the welcome drinks, which were lovely, we were told by the really good gentleman on front desk that the lady would show us around the hotel and to our room but she took us straight to our room with no conversation and that was that. So we explored the hotel ourselves the following day instead. Except for this the whole experience was perfect and we had just arrived from Le Sirenuse, Monastero Santa Rosa and Santa Caterina so it was a tough act to follow!

Service from the staff was absolutely impeccable, everyone was so kind and welcoming, not a single detail was missed throughout our stay. The room was absolutely beautiful, with stunning scenes at the coast from our private terrace. Complimentary mini bar in our suite was a nice touch, housekeeping came in twice a day and looked after us very well.

If your room is situated beneath the restaurant, you will hear the sound of chairs moving and scraping across the terracotta floor, even if you are two floors below. Made it difficult to sleep one night.

The hotel is beautiful in every way - stunning setting, thoughtful interiors, pristine and immaculate but still warm and full of personality. Facilities are excellent and service is impeccable. The team combine total professionalism with a relaxed and genuine friendliness. Genuinely outstanding.

Virtually nothing to dislike. Wifi could perhaps have been a tiny bit stronger / more consistent but was ok. Otherwise, perfect.

Top class hotel, top class facilities. top class staff who have passion for their work, made us feel so welcome and warm. Oh, and how special is that tennis court.
