Our particular room had a view of the main road leading to the Colosseum, which you could see with a slight lean with the window opened! It was also convenient to bus line stops and reasonably close to the nearest metro station. A very nice breakfast/sandwich cafe' was within 200 ft with better selection restaurant choices within 10-12 min. walking distance. The room was very clean as was the separate bathroom down a short common hallway. The bathroom was dedicated to us (with key code) so it was very secure but this was the first time we'd stayed somewhere the bathroom wasn't in the suite itself. Not a problem at all and just part of the large European city experience. The elevator (though primitive looking), worked flawlessly and was very appreciated. The host was very easy to communicate with and had a system by which we were required to deposit our city tax in a lock box in the common hallway. A bonus, of sorts, was that we were spectators to a large Gaza protest march directly outside out street view window on a few nights. We learned that demonstrations are often staged near the Colosseum due to it's photogenic backdrop quality. Despite this, we felt perfectly safe and had the full range of large city experience here. Transportation to and from the apartment was easy and we effortlessly made our way to all the places we wanted to visit throughout the city. We'd absolutely stay here again on a future visit!

Colosseo Panorama is a charming guest house located just steps from The Colosseum. We loved the location-close to the historic city center and within walking distance of many popular tourist attractions. The restroom was impressively spacious and featured double sinks, which was a nice touch. It was really special to pass by The Colosseum on our way out during our outings.

One suggestion would be to provide coffee for guests. We appreciate the tea bags available during the first two days, but it would have been nice to have coffee throughout our 4-day stay.

Stuff was friendly. there's an external bathroom, but we were aware about it, also the bathroom was only in our hands. Location was amazing as well. there are grocery shops, shops for the souvenirs and even a caffe right next to it. and it's about 5 mins walk from colloseum.

there was not any possibility to have a hot water in the room, or a glass or anything related to the kitchen (except fridge of course). also it was really cold at night and we could not find any clean blanket. also no dressing-gown and any kind of hotel slippers to wear.

Olympia was so lovely. She greeted us at the door and gave us so much information, including maps and restaurant recommendations. She gave us her number so that we could get in contact if we ever needed her, which was really nice. She was really thorough and very friendly. Thank you, Olympia! The room itself was lovely and specious, with a large bed and mirror, side tables with lots of plug sockets, a TV and a fridge. It was well decorated, with a nice big window and a view of the Colloseum. I was a bit apprehensive about the "external bathroom" but in reality, it was just in a separate room across from our room and was still a private room for us that was really spacious and clean. It actually worked really well. I would recommend it.

The only thing really is that it's quite difficult to find. It's behind a really large but inconspicuous brown door with no signs, so we walked straight past it a few times. Also the fridge in our room didn't work very well and gave all our bottles a strange smell.

Location is pretty good.

I didn't pay too much attention when booking so it's really my fault, but mind you that the bathroom is not part of this room and is across the shared hall. Other rooms have their own bathrooms, so this one is only yours to use, only bear in mind you can meet others wearing your pyjamas on your way to brush your teeth 😁. So the privacy is a bit limited, also when your neighbor is a bit louder as the walls seem rather thin. This is the only problem, the room is cleaned daily and beds are really comfy 👍.

Everything was as described, very clean and comfortable place to stay, comfy bed and air conditioning. Only about a 5 min walk to the Colosseum. Lots of food and drink options nearby as well as public transport options.

The code system for the doors...though I appreciate the added security, key cards would be less tedious.

It was right at the city centre, perfect location. Small and compact - perfect for two people. Each day our room would be cleaned when we were out:)

For our rooms bathroom we needed to exit out in the hallway to enter it. It wasn’t a huge problem, and it isn’t a thing that can be easily changed so it wasn’t a big deal. Also the walls were kinda thin, so you’d hear your neighbours

The location is perfect. The Colosseum can be observed just from your window. Grocery store in the same building. There is a possibility to leave your luggage before check-in / after check-out. There are also umbrellas available in case it is raining. The room is very clean.

Unfortunately, you can hear almost everything from the other rooms. Feels like a lack of privacy.

The employee who was responsible for the cleaning of our apartment on the 4th floor (I think she is Spanish) was very nice and did her job perfectly. She always had a smile on her face, and was very polite.

Location great and very easy communication with host! Clean room and despite separate bathroom from room, it was literally just beside room and well secured with unique code so wasn’t a problem.
