The place is good. Very close to the Colosseo, so it was super easy to reach all the most famous attractions. The room was nice, bed was super soft and comfortable. Big thanks for huge tv with Netflix and Youtube, for gifted bottles of water and slippers. All in all the place is very cozy and clean even in the common space. The host Federico was very friendly, answering super quick and clear.

There were some things which we did not expect and so it disappointed us a bit: 1) the kettle and cutlery were in the common space for three rooms, so we needed to get out of the room every time we needed it, 2) the walls were super thin, so we could hear a very passionate couple in the next room, like we were participating too. 3) the wardrobe was a bit too high, that's why there was a special "stick" to help us use the hangers. We practiced and by the end of the stay were good enough in using it, but still it was a bit inconvenient. 4) The fridge was tiny, but at least it was present, so thanks a lot :)

The room and bathroom were perfectly clean and functional. The bed was comfortable, the window opened to let in a little fresh air, and the area was quiet at night. The room was competitively priced and the facilities were in line with the price paid. The person that came to check us in was polite, well prepared, and professional.

The light in the bathroom could have been placed closer to the mirror so my wife could use it better for applying makeup. The light bulbs could be changed to make the light a little 'warmer', but this is a very small issue.

• The property is close to the main attractions. The bus stops are next to the property and you can easily get to any part of Rome • The property was clean and spacious • The staff is very nice and helpful (including the cleaning lady). We could leave our luggages in the apartment as we had the flight in the evening • Free WIFI with good coverage in the apartment • There are a lot of good restaurants (with good prices) on the street where the apartment is located • It was very quiet during the night and we could sleep well

This was a large comfortable apartment just down the street from the Colosseum and St. John Lateran - both are visible from right outside the door. The bedrooms are large, as is the living room. It’s off a courtyard on the interior of the building, so is nice and quiet. There were some nice restaurants down the street, including Li Rioni a Santiquattro, which was some of the best pizza we had in Italy.

The bathroom is tight. If you’re tall, the shower has to be open for you to fit on the toilet. It would be nice if there were more “basics” for cooking - e.g. olive oil. It’s up a flight of stairs. As with many apartments we stayed at, there weren’t English instructions for the washing machine, but we were able to find some online. When you get to the apartment, you’ll notice a Wi-Fi account called White Rooms, or something like that, which is not the right Wi-Fi. To get the right one, look on the back of the router. A little sign might be helpful there. The air conditioning and lights turn on when you put a card in a slot in the wall, so it was pretty hot when we got there.

The location is fantastic, for the religious heritage with the Lateran and St Clemente on your doorstep, and historic sites, like the Colloseum too, Beautiful entrance to the building gives the insider feeling, We were lucky to have windows to the inner courtyard, and could enjoy morning birds singing and the church bells ringing. The M station is nearby.

The room was somewhat on the small side, but a large bathroom and a shared kitchen space made it feel more spacious.

Amazing location, very safe and secure with multiple locked doors. Tidy room with basic but good appointments including a kettle with cups and free tea. The wardrobe had plenty of space and an iron. The bed was comfy and room was warm.

The bathroom was pretty dirty - totally fine on the surface and at first glance but clearly hadn’t received a deep clean for some time. The shower could be scrubbed and some of the rusted fittings replaced. You need to call or text upon arrival as there is no reception and no button on the intercom - this could be an issue for international travellers without a working phone.

The apartment was very comfortable, with all the amenities of living at home. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to the colloseum, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The owner also gave us a surprise cake on Easter Sunday, what a nice surprise, and he was quick to respond to my messages. Also great was the self check in system -- we came late at night and checked out early in the morning, and it was nice to be able to just come and leave on our own time.

Sound isolation wasn't great--we came with a baby and sometimes the neighbors woke her up with their conversations, bit I imagine that's pretty common everywhere, and it wasn't that big a deal.

Location is incredible - the colosseum is just a 5 minute walk. The room is simple but neat, has everything you need for the stay. There is a common space with a small kitchenette and appliances, which is really nice. Hosts were really nice to give us detailed instructions for self check in. I would definitely consider staying again

The soundproofing of the building was not great. It didn't bother us, but you should definitely take it into account. The WiFi was really bad in our room on the third floor. A bit dusty here and there, but well maintained overall.

The best part about this place is it's location. It's walking distance (10 min) from the Colosseum and has a metro station nearby. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby which is also helpful if you come back late after a long day of sightseeing. They even have a common kitchen which is always good to have and they provide you with a hot water kettle and some tea/coffee which is a very nice gesture!

Bear in mind that its not a hotel with a lot of facilities but rather rooms in an apartment complex. If you have the right expectations, there's nothing to not like about the place.

The location was superb, looking straight down to the colloseum. Close to bars and restaurants. Very little noise from the street at night.

Issues with electrics on the second night, which meant no lighting and no air conditioning. Unable to charge our phones to be able to contact anyone. On contacting the manager the next morning, he advised it was an area wide problem. However, we used the lift to get up to our room. At 4 am, my partner managed to find a triped fuse, which restored the power. Only offer tea in the room, no coffee
