Just down the road from the Colosseum and some nice food places which was recommended by Valeria, Valeria and the staff were amazing and kind, provided a plentiful and lovely breakfast whenever we wanted it, they went above and beyond and helped with everything we needed. A big thank you To Valeria and staff, i hope on your honeymoon you get a host just as nice

Sound travels a bit between rooms and we had a guest neighbour us who sang at the top of his voice at 5am, not staffs fault, was just an inconsiderate guest, everyone who worked there was respectful and lovely

The highlight of our stay was the exceptional care received from front desk staff, Valeria. She was intimately knowledgeable about the area and made fabulous recommendations. She treated us like true friends and went out of her way to make sure we had arrangements - from dinner reservations to airport transportation. Overall spectacular communication from the host even as we planned our trip. The room was clean and we felt safe (there is a locked gate to enter the property, then another lock to enter the guest house). The private bathroom was directly attached to the room. The air conditioner worked and was quiet. The room overall was quiet and we did not hear other guests or noise from the street. The room had space for our luggage and the bed was a king bed (two twins next two each other), with two pillows. The bed was comfortable. The guest house is on the Top Floor (5th floor) of a building and there is a working lift, which was definitely nice.

For the price of this room, I would have liked it to have been a bit closer to the 'action'. While it's a close walk (10min) to Colosseum, it felt a bit distanced from other key attractions.

We had a great time at this hotel. Stayed h on the 3'rd floor and our room looked a bit different than the ones on the pictures but it was very nice. Cute, big, fresh, nicely cleaned and with amazing AC. The picture of the room I post only shows the bed but it was a lot of space in the other direction, but got no picture of that.The host Valeria was super friendly and helpful, gave us a Rome map with highlights and recommendations on some food places which was very helpful.

We got nothing to complain about. Maybe the pillows was a bit less "fluffy" then we're used to but thats just a preference thing. Everything was really good.

I like that the property was very clean and comfortable. Easy to find about 15 -20 minute walk to train stations, attractions and restaurants. Although it is fairly close to everything it is a quiet neighborhood. Valeria the host was wonderful friendly welcoming and very helpful.

The room I stayed in didn’t have a full length mirror.. but that’s very minor. I would still recommend and stay there again.

The location is absolutely perfect and maybe the best thing about the place, it was very clean and everyday they changed the towels, Valeria is an absolute gem, such a great host, super friendly and helpful! We loved her :)

I couldn’t say that there was something bad about the place, only a few minuses: - It is on the 5th floor, but there is an really slow elevator (which is super small) - The room was really small - The ventilation in the bathroom was not very strong, so when you take a shower the humidity is awful

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel, and I can't help but tell others about how great it was. The hotel staff went above and beyond what I expected in terms of service. Whenever I walked into the hallway, someone would smile at me and make me feel welcome. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had all of my needs met quickly and correctly. Their helpful attitude made me feel like I was a valuable guest, whether they were setting up transport or suggesting fun things to do in the area. The dedication of this hotel to providing excellent service is admirable, and I strongly advise anyone wanting an ‚memorable stay to book here.

We had a very nice weekend at this place. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was good, especially the Cappuccino, and the staff was very kind. They gave us many good advices according to sightseeing, best transport und restaurants. Thank you again.

I recently stayed at Top Floor Colosseo for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, offering easy access to key attractions. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. A special mention to Valeria at the reception - she was incredibly helpful and made our visit even more enjoyable with her super friendly and attentive service! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome!

Location was amazing, super close to Colosseum, amazing view even from street entrance. Room was tidy and clean and staff were super nice. Close to 2 main train stations as well, especially if you need to get to Termini station. Good food and bars nearby.

The room was a bit small, and no view of the street but these aren’t complaints, lack of street view meant it was very quiet. We picked the cheapest room mainly because of the location and it did not disappoint

Nice small room with towels, toiletries, water kettle, tiny fridge and tv. In summer ac is great add on, since we traveled in October there was no need to use it. Valeria was an amazing host, giving many good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Breakfast served to the room based on order (sandwiches, eggs, pastries, yoghurt, cereals, drinks). Guesthouse is located just few minutes down the street from Colosseum. We have walked the Rome during our stay. Just used public transport (stop 2min away) to get to restaurant in Trastevere. Main train/ bus station Termini is located 20 min away so it is easily recheable on foot.

Would be great to have second chair in the room, that would come in handy when having breakfast. What we missed were fruits/ vegetables for breakfast but we just got those in a nearby store.
