Very easy to get to and walking distance to the colosseum. Very clean and comfortable. Almost no street noise despite the great location. A wonderful oasis after a long day of travel!!

Our host was extremely friendly, helpful and clear - the whole process was made extremely easy after a complicated day on getting into Roma. The location was good as it's right down the road from the Coluseum and various restaurants, but not on a busy part of the street. They also cleaned the room respectfully (leaving obstructing clothes folded on the bed), and replenished with water bottles each morning. They also let us keep our luggage in a temporary room whilst we had tours on our checkout day, to pick up later with a special key. We had the suite with city view, but would recommend any of the 3 rooms to anybody considering going with La Finestra sul Colosseo!

We really could not find anything wrong or that we didn't like - I would recommend this place to all.

The property is located close to the colosseum and local restaurants, and very close to public transportation. Excellent location and being in between lines A&B of the metro system allows you to easily access all areas of Rome. Fabulous location in a lovely area of Rome

Very clean, and the lift access made it so accessible. Very comfortable and tastefully designed. I hadn’t appreciated the rooms was served, and the attention to detail and warm welcome we received from the owner and staff made our stay extra special. Wonderful host, nothing was missing and really happy to help their guests

The room really did look lovely, the ceiling is gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were amazing! The location was great, a 10 minute walk to both A and B metro lines (and the Colosseum). Overall a great spot, really happy with it.

There was a mini fridge in the room which was very loud at night so we had to unplug it. Also as a warning for those with mobility issues, there are some stairs before even getting to the lift to the rooms so not exactly wheelchair accessible!

The location is good - within 5-10 mins walk of the Colosseum and Manzoni Metro station. The rooms are on the top floor of an apartment building - but there is a lift. The room was clean, spacious and cool (thanks to AC), with a large bathroom. Breakfast (if purchased) is served on a trolley in the room (room service style) - and is good value - though there are small supermarkets close by also. Aldo - the property manager - was very friendly and helpful with all our questions and requests - including luggage storage. All in all - good value for money in a city that can be quite expensive for accommodation.

Minor quibble - the water failed in the toilet cistern one evening, but returned in the morning.

The accomodation is close by Colosseo(200m).everything is clean and shine inside,due to only one person,a pleasant and too kindly philipenesse man,called Jason.words are not enough to describe how much well behaviour he's having. Every morning he was serving our breakfast at the front door of the room,asking politely if everything is allright and if we need anything else. Wishing GOD to bless him,because he's paying attention at all.

Because our room was on the main street and there was some maintenance working on sidewalk ,it was a little bit noisy.but this wasn't a problem for us after 10 to 15th miles walking every day. Like an advice for the owners ,you can install a holder in the shower cabin for the shower gel and shampoo.

This B&B is a true hidden gem less than a 10 minute walk away from the Colosseum! We arrived earlier than our check-in time and contacted Aldo and he let his colleague, Jason, know of our arrival and allowed us to drop our luggage off in a secured room in the B&B. The room, number 3 at the B&B, was incredibly spacious and had plenty of room for the two of us and our large suitcases. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked very well, which was prefect for after the long, hot days of exploring Rome in July! The A/C was better than the Sorrento Hilton’s! We only had the breakfast one morning of our stay and we wish we could have had it ever morning! Jason did an exceptional job cleaning the room and preparing breakfast. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a quiet, clean and refreshingly cool place close to the Colosseum!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The room was wonderful. The ceiling adds character and it’s huge. Really cool and good aircon. Shower had good water pressure. The location is amazing, you come out and the coliseum is there, loads of restaurants around - Aldo gave us some fab recommendations. Super easy to get to two metro stations on different lines so getting anywhere was so easy. It’s on a main road which is great for easy to find location and for walking back in the evening. The staff were so helpful and accommodating and the breakfast was spot on. Can’t recommend or thank them enough!

Location (just 3 mins walking to the Colosseum), luxury deluxe room, excellent room service, very good breakfast. Jason was an excellent host, always paying attention to guests' needs. Overall, an amazing B&B! 👏🏼

The toilet was making a weird noise every time we flushed it. No big deal but it could be an issue for some guests.
