The owner was friendly and helpful. We could check in in the morning, so we didn't have to carry our packages or run to our afternoon program. It has a good location from where you can walk to the center or get to the Metro.

We had problems with the key of the main gate, it was hard to open. We had no breakfast so we bought some food in a nearby store, but the room didn't have cutlery, so making our sandwiches was almost impossible.

It's very close to the colosseum. There are plenty of restaurants and mini markets in the area. Safe neighborhood. It was easy to go there from termini, and the owner helped us with the busses. Also, he gave us a map of the city center and useful information. There is no breakfast, but you will find a coffee machine and coffee capsules, which is very good.

The broken pavement jn the area. But the municipal authority is responsible for this, not the owner.

Our host was very helpful and friendly. He spoke excellent English. The location is good. Close to the Colosseum and Palatine Hill/Forum and a metro or bus ride to the Vatican (or you could walk if energetic). Good choice of restaurants nearby and some small food shops. The area felt safe. The room is fairly basic, but clean and comfortable. It has a kettle, a coffee machine and a small fridge. There is a good sized bathroom with a shower. It suited us well as we were out most of the time enjoying Rome and the lovely weather so what we needed and what we got was a comfortable place to shower and sleep.

The location the cleanliness the welcome and the simplicity of the check in, departure and communication. The facilities above our expectations for the fantastic location and price. The owner was a hero and so supportive and helpful with all our requests nothing was too much trouble.

We could not fault the accommodation in any way ( and trust me I’m fussy) for what you pay and where it is and the staff it’s fantastic value for money

Location of this apartment was simply brilliant, you can see Colosseum just by the end of the street, not to mention close metro station and buss stops. The room was very specious and cleaned every day. The stuff was amazing as well. It really worth the money comparing all aspects. They were so nice to leave our luggage after the check out as we had later flight back home.

The only cons we found was a low water pressure in the shower and sewage smell. But we fully understand this is an issue of the older building and they cant really fix it.

The apartment was placed in a great location (near most of the historical attractions), very clean and handy. Bars, restaurants and mini markets nearby but still in a quiet place. Francesco was a great host, very kind and responsive.

Nothing to say, everything was really great. The building has some good years of age (as almost everything in Rome) but all details were taken care in the apartment. The elevator is quite pitoresque, but very useful and handy, no to worry about using it!

Excellent value for money - great location, clean room and exceptional service. This was our first visit in Rome and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Our host Francesco was very polite and helpful. We had such a warm welcome - he gave us a map of the city and summarized the most important and must visit sites, recommended few places to eat where we tasted typical Roman food. Room was cleaned every day. We had everything we need for our stay - room was very well equiped. About the location - exceeded our expectations - it is literally few steps from the Colosseum. The neighboulrhood is very safe and at the same time quite. The accomodation is very close to two metro stations but we didn't use it so much as it is a walking distance to almost all landmarks in the city center. If coming back to Rome, we will definetly come back to this place. Highly recommend it to all people who want to enjoy the city at its closest and have a true Roman experience.

It was so close to all the attractions. We could walk everywhere. Our host was so amazing and helpful. He gave us a map of Rome and showed us must sees. He also was kind enough to book us a cab as we were leaving. The room was clean, comfortable, cool and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and tidy accommodation located a five minute walk from the Colosseum and Palatine Hill as well as plenty of places to eat and local shops. Francesco was an excellent host, very knowledgeable and helpful. If this is your first visit to Rome his help will be and was much appreciated.

Comfortable room in a secure building in a quiet, accessible location.

Nothing to dislike. Took a little while to get used to the intermittent noise of the plumbing, but to be fair after a while you didn’t notice it.
