The hotel was clean and maintained clean by the personal. In front of the hotel is a very good looking garden, well maintained. The room was big enough for a family with two children. The personal was serviceable. They helped us with renting a car, calling a taxi, etc. At the reception you can book a shuttle to Taormina and back to hotel for free in a specified interval of time.

The breakfast was not so great (always the same food and lots of cakes). The hotel hasn't a restaurant open for lunch. There is a buffet with little to chose from. The hotel is not easy accessible on foot. To reach to other restaurants in Leteojani (witch is the closest place to Caparena) one has to go on foot on a very busy road. One also has to pass throw a passage underneath an electric railroad. The beach is a combination of sand and stones. The entrance in the sea is steep and with stones. This means is not to welcoming for children.

Not much offer for a lunch. There is a beach bar that offers a snack but a fresh lunch would be nice, especially that there is a restaurant. All in all it didn’t bother us that much though as you could always walk by the beach to Letojanni and there were plenty of restaurants with fantastic food and even better view. Wifi could be better.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. There was a mini van driving from the hotel to the center of Taormina and back, which was very convenient. There is a very nice beach right below the hotel. There was a possibility to have early breakfast when we needed to leave the hotel earlier in the morning. The view from the balcony was very nice. Check out was until noon, which was also very convenient.

The breakfast didn’t feel like one of a four star hotel. The pastries were too sweet and the choice was a bit poor.

The hotel and staff were absoultely amazing, the staff worked so hard and were approachable, friendly and would cater to every need we had. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean, the housekeeping was fantastic they never disturbed us and everytime we returned it was spotless. The staff work really hard from early in the morning till evening. The shuttle was fantastic always had room and when there wasn't the hotel staff provided an extra shuttle too and from Taormina for guests. The pool was clean, with toilets and showers and is a lovely sized pool with beach across the walkway we couldn't have picked a better hotel. We both said we would love to come back to Caparena

It’s really clean, has parking, it’s calm, the spa services are a 10, front desk and restaurant services were amazing, tasty food for dinner and good breakfast. Beautiful place with and conservative feeling.

The AC won’t get below 25.5 the fist day and night, by the second night it will be 23.5 not good AC if your body temperature is hot all the time. The double bed is made of two twins and you Can fell them. The service on the beach restaurant was not friendly at all, it was this girl that seem to be mad at her job and the food from the beach restaurant is not for a 4 star hotel.

great waterfront hotel, 10 min drive to taormina center. rooms were spacious and very clean. they upgraded us which was very nice. All employees were nice but Manuela at the front desk was especially very helpful, she even made a dinner reservation for us. Beach was not very crowded, the sea was mostly clean.

Wifi was very poor. Most of the hotel staff didn’t speak English, still tried to be helpfull though. The menu at the beach bar was quite limited and I’d be happier if I drank my coctails in an actual glass instead of a plastic cup. The pool looked like it was built in the 80’s so if you are a pool person, beware. Overall great hotel but could be amazing with just a little push.

Lovely location within easy reach of Taormina town ...hotel laid on a shuttle bus to the town. The cable car was being serviced at the time of our visit. Great beach and gardens...very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was fantastic... lots of choice and all fresh. Swimming pool was good although not heated (we visited in May when it was not that hot) so took a bit of getting used to!! Rooms very comfy and clean- we had a deluxe with a balcony and seaview - was lovely. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

Train line very near the balcony rooms but thankfully not too many trains and got used to it.

Excellent hotel with superb all round facilities, including private beach.Staff, particularly reception were English speaking and very helpful. The free courtesy bus to and from Taormina is a great extra as hotel as prime seafront position but outside of Taormina centre. Restaurant excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Staff there were excellent.

It is a short distance from Taormina centre and road does not have a usable path.So you need to be aware of this when choosing.But has frequent courtesy bus as mentioned.

It was a fantastic place, facing the beach and water, it was cozy, clean, and safe and everyone from the staff was friendly. It was the ideal place to feel recharged at the stay, not to just have a bed and breakfast.

In the beginning, we did not get the proper information about how to get a shuttle from Taormina and later we were given a double bed instead of twin beds as requested(which was not a problem for us, but yet). We really enjoyed the place, I mention these things just to improve for the future.

The Hotel was very clean. Very good breakfast and a beautiful garden area to eat the breakfast. The Hotel beach was amazing with crystal clear water. Nice gym facilities. The train passing through the property didn’t bother us much

The beach Club only had pre-made/ frozen food and didn’t serve food/drinks at the tables or at the beach. “Real” restaurants available a few minutes walk from the hotel beach. The hairdryer in our room didn’t work.
