Location great, just outside the main hub of activity to be lovely and quiet but only a short stroll away from everything you needed. Our beautiful apartment was spotlessly clean, best facilities we had throughout our whole stay to Italy. We kindly got upgraded to a suite that overlooked the canal which was magical. Breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked and plentiful. Very helpful staff who arranged our river taxi return to the airport (expensive but highly recommend as was so easy, great fun and a perfect way to depart Venice.) Will be back!! Thank you so much for looking after us all so well.

This property is far enough from the crowds that you can explore a more “leisurely” and residential Venice, yet close enough you can walk to all the must see spots quickly. There are great restaurants and stores around the block from the property! The apartments are big, well stocked, clean, and nicely decorated. Ours overlooked a canal, which offered the experience of watching the “traffic” come and go. The AC was also great during our very hot summer stay. The staff was absolutely wonderful, making all of our taxi and dinner reservations, which were all fantastic! They made us feel at home while in Venice!

friendly staff , knowledgeable, kept in touch through whatsup to keep us update. upgraded our room. room was not ready when we got there although they have contacted us the day before to check arrival time & get room prepared. location is excellent, breakfast average but more than good enough to start your day.

mosquitos so don't open the windows at night & make sure you plug in electrical mosquitoes replants provided by the hotel! hotel in very nice area, easy to access. If you using public water transport, you would have some distance to walk with your luggage before getting to the hotel.

This apartment offered an unexpected surprise as it was a hybrid AirBnB and hotel—providing daily housekeeping. Very clean, spacious and had a good layout. It also had an outside deck with a lovely canal view. Our location, in the Castillo region, was great as it was close to points of interest, shopping and restaurants but removed enough to be quiet and relaxing in the evenings. The resident manager, Alessandro Molin, provided exceptional service, assistance and pre-arrival communication. I highly recommend and certainly will return.

Lovely breakfast each morning, good location about 15 minutes to St Mark's Square. Very quiet, but near alot of restaurants and shops. We were given an upgrade and had a mini kitchen in a cupboard, with a fridge which was great. There is a great supermarket up the street which sold good wine, huge selection of cheese and fresh bread, very handy.

We were on the ground floor with no view, so it was a bit dark, but we didn't really travel to stay inside. The outside flooded on our second day, so we got wet feet immediately we stepped outside the door. (In November.)

We were comfortable in the room we stayed in. The authentic design of the hotel was interesting. The hotel had a wonderful breakfast. The employees were quite serious, but reassuring. Also, the hotel was very good in terms of location. We went to Venice for the biennial. We walked to San Marco Square and the Biennial area. There was a Michelin Star restaurant very close to the hotel.

Our room was clean and neat. We were able to drop off our luggage in advance of our stay so we could do an excursion in the morning. We were also able to leave our luggage until we left for the day so we could shop before we left. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Staff was outstanding. We were able to get a water taxi back to the mainland right from our hotel so we didn't have to take public transportation. The staff called, and it was there in 20 minutes. Prices are fair for the area.

Breakfast was very good, varied and served in a beautiful room. The guest room we had was spacious, well appointed and the terrace overlooking the city was a lovely perk. Location was great, a little bit away from the crowds, but within comfortable walking distance to San Marco square. Staff was very pleasant, especially the breakfast room ladies.

The beds were what North Americans would call singles rather than twins and we found them rather hard or thin, as opposed to firm.

Rooms were clean, cool and well stocked with toiletries in case you forget something. Breakfast is a lovely continental and the kitchen staff are delightful. Really welcoming and lovely atmosphere. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get around. Also very close to the water boats to the airport on fondamenete Nove. Took a private water taxi on the way there, which drops you at the door, amazing experience!

Everything! It was a great location and we received an upgrade we weren’t expecting . The little suite was clean , comfortable and had a cute decor. Every thing we needed was provided from slippers and robe to cold drinking water in the fridge! Great breakfast and the staff was amazing! So helpful. We never expected to be treated so great ! Thanks for everything . Special thanks to our wonderful hostess ( Dysonia ). What a wonderful employee . We will definitely be back and will recommend this lovely little B & B to everyone .
