This hotel absolutely exceeded expectations - perfect location just off the tourist routes so lovely and quiet but also just a short walk from all the great places to visit and perfectly placed for the boats to the islands. The staff were so lovely and friendly and could not be more helpful. Our room was just perfect for a good nights sleep, so comfortable and I'm not sure we've stayed anywhere so quiet before! And the decor ... just fabulous. We plan to visit Venice again in the future and will definitely be returning here.

Minor grumble as a vegan, same challenge as most places in Italy - choice was limited. But I should say it wasn't for my non vegan husband, it was a great offering!

Location was absolutely perfect, central and within easy walking reach of everywhere. Breakfast was perfect, plenty choice of cereal, fresh fruit, pastries, cold meats etc. And nice that it was available until 10.30am if you want a later start. Everywhere was very clean and nice little extras of toiletries in the bathroom. We had a late arrival because of our flight time but the hotel contacted us beforehand with all the information and entry details so we could get in ourselves. All very well organised. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is very cosy and authentic. The insides are wonderfully decorated leaving a sense of living in an authentic venetian palazzo. The breakfast was just wonderful and don't even get me started on the beautiful dining hall! Just amazing, like dining in a full fledged awesome renaissance museum.

The room was extremely small with a dark window outlooking into a small space between two buildings. Felt like we lived underground and the smell of the outside premises left a great deal to be desired.

Close proximity meaning walking distance to San Marco, Rialto bridge and other attractions Venice has to offer. Located in a small quiet square next to a canal, where there is a small cafeteria. Host was available when we arrived and allowed us to check in earlier. Passcode entrance to hotel made it easily accessible at any time. Overall a well located hub to explore the maze of streets and canals that is Venice.

We had Junior room which is the only room located on the ground floor and it is a little cramped. Bed is small and just about fits 2. But you get what you pay for. Teas and condiments available but milk for coffee in the room, would be a nice addition.

Great quite location only 5 min walk from Rialto Bridge. Staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was very nice. It’s a small hotel and few guests which provied for quite experience in the hotel.

The rooms are confusing, they advertise really large rooms with whirpools/saunas and that’s not the room I had. My room was small but nice and had a very small corner shower. It was the very opposite of what they advertise with pictures. It would be helpful if you knew what room you were getting and would add less confusion.

Good breakfast, perfect location. Surprisingly the hotel room was quiet. The check-in process was very flexible. The air conditioning worked pretty well. The design of the room was stylish.

The room was not that spacious as we expected. The choose of glass walls and doors in the bathroom is not customer-friendly. A chair could have been great to have in the room (we could only sit on our bed).

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good, nice neighborhood and a few mins walk to San Stae vaporetto (waterbus) station. Nice and clean hotel, I'd recommend it.

The windows of our room weren't looking towards outside so it was always dark in the room. Breakfast could have more variety of options.

The staff was amazing!! So attentive and helpful. Also the location is really good.. about 5-10 walk from Rialto Bridge. Lots of restaurants available. Im lactose and gluten intolerant and They had gluten free cakes, gluten free cereal, Soy milk, toast, eggs that u boil when u want, fresh ham and mortandela, juice box. Cakes are not fresh made but was good to have that option. We had to leave early in the morning to catch our flight and the stuff made sure we took something with us in the morning for breakfast. They are so lovely!!!! Made our stay in venice worth it...

The only problem was the shower in the room we stayed that water would go everywhere, the box don't think is ideal for that specific shower.

nothing that would warrant mentioning , everything was perfect. was the more expensive place during our trip to Italy but Venice is expensive and this was cheaper than others with a great location breakfast and clean spacious room, can’t complain

We had an amazing time at this hotel! Alex was amazing, when we arrived he helped carry our luggage and we got complimentary drinks and snacks, great after a plane ride! Room was already air conditioned when we arrived and so comfortable!

We liked everything!
