The room and facilities were great

I didn't like the fact that we had to pay $15.00 a day to park at the hotel. Never have I heard of such a thing.

Dave the shuttle bus driver was exceptionally rude. I can’t imagine his character is true to the Hilton mission and vision. We reported his bad behavior to the manager the next day. But would appreciate knowing he was held accountable for his unprovoked rudeness. We boarded the bus for our excursion, feeling lighthearted and full of excitement for our upcoming snorkeling. But Dave belittled and berated us in front of a bus load of passengers because we didn’t have our buss passes. We were stunned to silence and embarrassed at how comfortable he was with being incredibly rude to us as Hilton guests. I looked at the other folks on the bus and they were astonished as well. It’s guys like Dave who will make me think twice about returning to your hotel.

nice clean room, bathroom was nice, shower pressure good, clean lobby, very nice pool and hot tub, shuttle service is fabulous, no driving downtown, friendly staff, comfortable bed,free drink tickets, decent food at the bar, good service there

elevator didnt seem to want to go to 3rd floor luckily we were on floor 2, just needed to go to 3 for ice, said breakfast included, but upon arrival wasnt listed in reservation however they said we could get breakfast and charge to room then they would delete, my husband got the $10 breakfast one morning but was just cold breakfast, you could have ordered something else for more.

The pool area was great fun, the staff in the pool area were very friendly and personable making it easy for kids and adults alike to enjoy the space.

The charge for parking is unnecessary and a bit over the top when added to the resort fee, state tax, county tax, and miscellaneous tax. That said, parking was easy and convenient. The bed pillows tended to flatten out quickly. Less support than I prefer.

1) paid 1900 for two nights a month ahead - and was not holiday weekend. 2) Hilton is outstanding but this location is by main road coming in. 3) most places give you they type of breakfest I had to pay for ...also it was very limited - just the basics paying for - lower end hotel chains give you this free 4) outside pool bar under construction - only inside open - if I upgraded which I did paying more for Pool View , etcs -... I would think Hiltion could of done pop-up-pool bar (small one) for 2 hours on a Friday or Sat. - we pay for ... it was advertized as such so this location had false adverstizing on bar by pool.

Pool bar was great except not re stocked. Some guests left without ordering. price was reasonable. Nice pool. Lobby staff was professional although a 30 minute wait (1 person) at 2:45p while other staff remained in back room even after I asked for a manager to assist. Shuttle is great.

Passes for shuttle should not be required. Long checkin time,short staffing, unstocked poolbar. Bathroom floor needs a deep clean.

Though the room we had reserved was not ready when we arrived at 6:45 pm, we were provided with a different very comfortable room. The front desk ladies were very helpful.

Not sure why the room we reserved weeks in advanced was not ready at 6:45 pm, but the staff provided us with another room very comfortable.

Everything went very well except for the comment below. The concierge (forget his name) was especially helpful for an event we had planned in Key West.

The restaurant was advertised to be open, but we had to ask as there appeared to be no servers. It was rectified as we had to order our dinner at the outdoor bar and then eat it inside. Would have appreciated a full sit down experience.

Not crowded at all. Nice pool area with bar.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds but room wasn’t available. Was put in tower on 3rd floor with elevator not working. Was moved to a ground floor the next day but out in room with king bed and sleeper sofa.
