The Hotel exceeded my expectations, very comfortable , quiet , calm, and very decent place for family stay. I didn't hear any noises from next rooms or in hallways all through my stay. Very clean and the staff are really gentle ,extremely helpful and very welcoming. The location is excellent plenty of restaurants nearby pharmacy and Hypermarket, Bank ATM is only meters away from the hotel.

The Bathroom is Very clean but didnt have many toiletries only Liquid soap dispensers. The bathroom size is really tiny but its Okay for one person or couple guests.

Had 8 nights stay and I gotta say it was good. The room was comfy. The staff were courteous. The view was okay. The Metro station (Al-Rigga Metro) is nearby. Local transportation is a breeze due to the location. There are a lot of restaurants in and around the location which are in walking distance. They have a facility to store luggage in the property after checkout which was good considering the number of suitcases(2) I had to carry around.

The key cards had to be activated every 2 days which was a downer. There were no shower cap, creams/lotions available unlike what it had in other IBIS hotels. The breakfast spread could be better for the price they offer.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, very welcoming atmosphere , but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous especially VIjo sir , he is so helpful and kind hearted.. I wanted to give special thankyou to Mr Vijo sir.. we really really impressive with him..He run around making sure everything is perfect for the guests.The room was well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view..we stayed at hotel Ibis for a buisness purpose. But would gladly come back to this Ibis hotel in the future .. May be add white light on the room will be great.

Staff, location, proximity to mall, shops and restaurants, train. Clean and well maintained. Quite. Stayed on higher floor with no noise at night. Generous management offered me late (2 pm) checkout due to very late flight. Quick to replace my first room which had a few issues, instead of waiting to address them.

Only minor issues: Laundry is a bit expensive and must pay at delivery instead of upon checking out (gives feeling of being suspected to leave without paying). Room is a bit small, no door to closet, hard to balance hot and cold water during shower (pressure keeps changing and to constantly keep adjusting cold and hot water to get right temperature). Sometimes felt a bit dark in the room.

Ambience

When we check in the room, there was no coffee sachet, so we ordered the coffee and few bottles of water, then a guy delivered it to us then I request him to give me some more of coffee sachet, and his response was “No” you cannot get more than two sachet of coffee!! I was so surprised, I requested but he completely denied are you serious for coffee sachet, then next day there was a guy named “lokendra” he was very humble and gentlemen

Assistant Manager was very helpful and professional (sorry can't remember the name but it did start with 'S'). Had it not been for him we would not have enjoyed our stay. Thank you

The night staff when we arrived was not fit to be working there and neither were the so called engineers whom I had to keep calling to fix the air-condition and they didn't have a clue of what they were doing. We had the worst ever first night and day. Had it not been for the assistant manager, who immediately moved us to a different room with fully working air-condition and made our stay excellent; once again thank you to the lovely Asst. Manager x
