Excellent well laid out Breakfast. Staff was attentive and happy to go the extra mile to cater to guests requests. Clean rooms and location family friendly. Good location to get into Oxford town or onwards onto Park Meadows, Blenheim palace, Bicester village.

The mattress could have been softer & less springy, but nonetheless functional for a night's sleep after a long journey. A la carte meals portion sizes could have been either bigger, or slightly less pricier for what was offered on the plate.

Room was large and comfortable, it included a cooler for our water etc, all the staff were friendly and very helpful, the hotel was in a fantastic position for Park and Ride into Oxford, breakfast was excellent!

On our last night we could hear loud chat and laughter from several people sitting on the outside patio area. This continued until gone 1.30am - I believe the hotal management should have requested that the people concerned return inside!

The room was very quiet. It's a very comfortable hotel. We have stayed here nearly every year for some time now, as we like to visit Oxford annually. Easy to park up the car & use the Park & Ride that is right next door. On the same site is a Waitrose, KFC, Greggs & Starbucks.

Being charged £4 per day for parking. Don't know when this charge was introduced. We were unable to visit Oxford last year, so may have been in place then. But parking had always been free previously, providing you were a hotel guest.

Room was larger than we'd expected, and very comfortable. Was also quieter than we'd expected from the location - room looked onto side of building so no noise from front of hotel or from the road close by. Decor of hotel made it seem more quirky than a usual 'chain' hotel. We had asked for 2 rooms close together and we got exactly that - next door, in fact. Parking was easy and safe.

Slight quibble: there was coffee but no tea bags in the room. Luckily we had brought our own. One of the rooms had a strange, slightly unpleasant smell, which seemed to be from the carpet - perhaps the carpet cleaner you use should be changed? Park and Ride service wasn't that regular in the evening - we ended up getting a taxi back to hotel from town. Not the hotel's fault, just something to be aware of.

Very warm friendly welcome from reception team, super room with air con, great food in restaurant (evening meal), buffet breakfast was exceptional, every member of staff was friendly and happy. Very well placed for using the park and ride into the city. We didn’t use our car once during our stay. excellent value for money considering location and time of year we visited - will definitely use again

Nothing! It was so refreshing to stay somewhere where all staff are friendly and helpful and look like they actually enjoy working there.

On-site parking £6 a day, next to a park and ride so easy to get to Oxford centre. Looks very nice as soon as you step through the doors . Staff were all very friendly, chatty and helpful. Nice restaurant and bar , breakfast had plenty of choices. Rooms comfortable and clean .

Restaurant a little bit pricey but food was very nice. No plug sockets near bed , but apparently the room we were in hadn’t been updated yet but you wouldn’t have known. Soft close doors would be a bonus as people really don’t know how to close doors quietly.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, modern well set out bar and restaurant area with tasteful modern decor. Adequate parking, though don’t think you should have to pay £6 extra a night when already paid £159 for the room.

No plugs next to beds so had to use tiny shelf with kettle on to charge phone and watch as sister using g one by tv on desk. Consequently my Apple Watch fell off its charger onto tiled floor and smashed so now having pay to have it fixed which wouldn’t have happened had there been accessible plugs by the beds.

The hotel's proximity to Oxford was the key attraction, with regular bus transport from the adjacent "park & ride" station/ It is a very comfortable hotel, with some of the best lounge areas we had encountered in the UK, and an excellent tourist-quality restaurant. Despite the hotel's proximity to a busy road junction, our room was very quiet, and well-presented.

The property is "landlocked," being located in an isolated service area, with no practical access to walks in the adjacent semi-rural surroundings.

Breakfast was great. I have coeliac disease so I have to eat gluten and wheat free and I was well catered for.

You need to advertise the gluten free food you have on your website as it doesn’t mention it anywhere and had to ring up to enquire.
