Kind and helpful staff, spacious room and good array of amenities. Each doorman, receptionist and staff member we came across made us feel welcome throughout our stay and didn’t hesitate to help us whenever we had a request. We booked a Superior King Room and loved the layout and the fact that we had a bath. The bed was really comfortable and adjusting the temperature of the room was seamless (often times it’s hit or miss when it comes to changing the heating/fan control settings in hotels). The amenities were excellent and varied. Aside from the typical toiletries such as toothbrushes and slippers, we were provided with bath salts, relaxing herbal sheets for the body and soft feel dressing gowns. The hotel itself is just a few steps outside of Nagatacho Station (Exit 4), and we found it conveniently located for going out to explore the city. Its proximity to the station also meant we could get back to our room (from the station exit) in a matter of a minute or two after long days out - a big pro when your feet are tired from walking throughout the day.

Although it is located alongside a busy road, the double window provides great sound insulation. The room is spacious as well, with the complimentary minibar providing a nice touch of hospitality.

The pillows were really flat while the mattress is rock solid. They used a certain brand called airweave. Not as comfortable as the mattresses used in other equivalent standard hotels.

This hotel was outstanding! The staff bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable. (They added several duvets to our beds when I let them know the beds were a little hard for our smushy American bodies). The laundry room in the basement was a big plus and the hotel was perfectly located. 20 mins away from any big attraction but quiet and nice to come back to at the end of a busy day. The hotel is beautifully appointed without being too formal, uptight, or ostentacious. We will absolutely stay here again on our next rrip to Japan.

Fantastic rooms with spacious beds. Super clean and gorgeous looking. right next to the Nagatacho station makes it easy to come in and out.

nothing to pick really. but the gym is not available for free during the day. (western) breakfast was small and overpriced but still, delicious. i am just splitting hairs.

Super clean room and never seen the hotel that clean to meet my expectation. thank you for all the stuff members to try harder to keep this nice hotel so clean. Housekeeping will come around twice a day to check to see anything we need. This location need to use cab or subway to get around for sightseeing , but hotel is in the CENTER of Tokyo and you can get around super fast and easy all around Tokyo from North West East South. Stuff member will not judge you by who you are even this hotel is use for many high end of occupants. Top of the roof Bar is nice and Breakfast was great. The hotel make me feel very special with kind manner of service.

Down stair sushi shop can only use for people who can spend (Super rich customer ???!!!) 300 dollars for one person. Apparently they save the seat for who can pay the price and we cannot even sit and drink for a bit time in this hotel. I felt a little humiliated that I'm not able to use the shop inside the building. Doesn't matter how good sushi chef is, I'm not pay their rent for my visit.There are million sushi shops nearby and no need stuff yourself for 300 dollars worth sushi!

The staff unbelievably helpful from the moment we arrived. Left my phone in the taxi and straight away the staff were on the case and helped in getting my phone back within a few hours. The doorman played his part as he made the recetption aware of the taxi company. Room was very comfortable, clean, big, plenty of light and storage. Perfect last few days in Tokyo. Location was amazing to get in and out of the different sight seeing locations, quite central. Loved it, so ended up spending the last night there too!

We had a Junior Suite which was beautiful and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a fabulous shower and bath. It is easy to walk down to the restaurants near Akasaka-Mitsuke Station. Nagatacho Station is nearby and makes it easy to travel all over Tokyo. There is a cafe and a 7-11 very close for coffee and snacks.

The rooftop bar is quiet and maybe needs more promotion to attract guests. Room service is good but choices are limited. I would have welcomed another salad option beyond Caesar salad, and maybe a green vegetable side dish. There aren't many restaurants near the hotel as it is in a business district. I don't think the TV was a smart TV making it difficult to watch a range of shows in English.

A great little hotel, exceeded my expectations as compared to the regular 5 star international hotels I stay in for work in Tokyo. Service was great, the size of the room was very decent and had excellent in room amenities - coffee machine, a good hair dryer & free mini bar that included beers, juice, water and soft drinks. The only negative is that there is really not much around that area in terms of shops or good restaurants.

Location - whilst very central, there are no good restaurants, bars or shops nearby.

Very clean, well run hotel. Modern facilities, great staff. In particular sieka k and mayuko e were super responsive and helpful and patient. Very happy with my stay. I saw a few review comments on location - it's not prime but it's next to a subway stop, there are convenience stores everywhere and you're a few blocks from the imperial palace. Quite a neutral location so no complaints.

Everything was good. Oh, one male rexeptionist, when I asked him to help me cancel a restaurant reservation, said (almost verbatim) "ah, you can message the restaurant yourself" which was difficult because of language barriers. I assume he meant it in a nice way but it wasn't pleasant.
