Stayed in apartment with wall bed. Super king bed in bedroom was very comfy. Place is Very clean. A lift to 4 floors. Staff couldn’t do enough for us - very knowledgeable. Apartment spacious and well equipped. Great location (use steps opposite to drop you opposite Liberation Square) and so handy for buses and restaurants. There is literally everything you need here; toiletries, bin bags, wash up liquid, cloths etc. dishwasher (though we didn’t use. Washer/dryer and a clothes airer. Fans and plenty of storage and pillows. Corner shop at end of road.

It is on a hill, albeit at the bottom of a steeper hill so may be challenging for those with mobility issues but otherwise a nice leg stretch. Our apartment was at the back so the view is a rock face and flats. Not an issue for us but if a view is important it’s best to mention this when booking.

I stayed here last Friday with a friend and had an excellent experience. Check-in was seamless—just a quick phone call to a number promptly answered by Michaela Martina, who was incredibly friendly and informative. The apartment was lovely, with a nice, clean setup and thoughtful touches like milk in the fridge. In the morning, I had the pleasure of meeting Martina in person. She was just as happy, bubbly, and helpful as she had been over the phone. The combination of a great apartment and fantastic service means I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our apartment was beautifully finished and had everything a family could possibly need - it felt like home. It was super central to town, the beaches, museum and eateries. I would definitely stay again and will highly recommend it to friends and family wishing to visit Jersey. The highlight of our stay however, was the exceptional customer service and kindness extended to us by both Amanda and Martina. Me and my sons (aged 3 and 4) weren’t left wanting for anything and by the end of the trip my two boys were sad to be leaving not just our gorgeous apartment but their new friends - Amanda and Martina - who always made time for them and left them feeling super special after every interaction. Thank you so much to the both of you for going over and above for us and for making my first trip abroad alone with the boys as stress-free and easy as it could possibly have been. We are missing our SACO home already!

The apartment was spacious and very well maintained. A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a lovely shower room made us feel very much at home. It was also great to have individual control of the heaters, something that is rarely available in most properties.

It was extremely difficult to connect to the WiFi system and the connection continuously cut (when we managed to connect). In the end we were obliged to use our 4G connection for internet access.

The location for what we wanted to do was perfect. A short walk to and from the bus station, easy walk to the beach and lots of restaurant options in St Helier. We arrived earlier than expected and were able to check in early. The beds had been set up as requested and there was everything we needed within the property. Honestly, it was perfect for what we needed.

We couldn't find fault - lots of information, friendly person to greet us and in a quiet location.

Excellent room, really friendly people there at reception area. Amanda was really nice and friendly and very helpful. Nothing was a problem and if you wanted anything she would help. Credit to Martina who worked there too. I hope to return to St.Helier one day and if I do I will stay here!

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property. In fact the only thing that was a problem was leaving and going home!

This was a short notice booking . The whole experience was excellent from start to finish . Friendly / helpful staff, spacious clean fully equipped apartment with comfortable beds! Good value for money , quiet but Central Location . We were greeted with a birthday greeting for a special occasion for a member of our party . We would highly recommend and would definitely re-book . Thank you Fanny and Amanda , we made life long memories in Jersey .

Everything was perfect . Even the weather !

Ideal base for exploring Jersey. Central location, close to all amenities in St. Helier, including the bus station, bars, restaurants and shops. Even a handy supermarket, 2 mins away on the corner. Superbly equipped, spotlessly clean, large studio apartment. Everything you might need in the kitchen area including a washing machine, full-size dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge-freezer. Plenty of cupboard space and drawers, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, foldable clothes dryer. Comfy bed and pillows, good shower, towels and toiletries. Staff all very welcoming, helpful and professional. Booking, arrival, check-out process easy and efficient. All communication pre-arrival and in accommodation comprehensive, clear and timely. Very impressed, exceeded expectations, would definitely stay again and for longer.

Good size of appartement, very well equipped kitchen. Location very close to the center of St. Helier. Very warm and welcoming staff. Good value for money compared to other places on the island.

Beds too soft. Appartement to the street can get quiet noisy during rush hour and the windows did not close properly. Bathroom a bit outdated, but not too much of a hustle.

Spacious appartement. Good equipment, like washing machine, flat iron etc. Only 5 minutes to the supermarket and 10 mins to city centre. Parking garage very near to the appartments. Check in/check out very easy with door code and key envelope.

Kitchen towel and sponge were missing or we didn't find it. But not a big issue. In one night it was very noisy on the streets.
