Visited 4 times now & it never disappoints, quaint, comfortable with excellent food & service.

Good rooms with excellent facilities, cleanliness is 10/10, location for us is also very good. The breakfast is the best of many hotels that I have stayed with waitress/waiter service.

The hotel is clean, very comfortable, and well situated on the south coast road offering easy access to the island. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and ordered taxis for us as required. The breakfast was well cooked - however, the service was rather disorganised

The parking can be awkward if you have anything larger than a family hatchback, and one has to negotiate some low clearances to get through. Whilst the breakfast was good, the service was random as to when your order was taken. The opening mechanism of the main window in the room was faulty - however it was fixed very quickly by a member of staff.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was probably best I'd had in a hotel. The rooms and all areas were exceptionally clean, and gardens were very well kept and pretty. We had a car, but there was a bus stop just outside the main entrance going into St. Helier, so good location.

There were 11 sun loungers in the garden, but only 4 cushions for them, and they were very tatty. Also only a couple of umbrellas to go round. Could also do with upgrading the sockets to USB's, I only took one plug, so constantly juggling my phone, iPad and kindle to keep charged.

Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Prompt table service for the cooked options. Restaurant meals in the evening were excellent. All the restaurant staff welcome you with a smile, and are efficient and attentive. My room was spacious and generally comfortable. All the staff (reception, housekeeping, restaurant etc) were friendly, welcoming and helpful - a real asset to the hotel. Convenient location and pleasant garden area. Plenty of spaces in the car park. It is quite tight to manoeuvre, but there was enough room for me to turn and reverse my small hire car into the space without any difficulty.

My room (on the top floor) was very warm at night; a floor-standing fan was provided, but didn't really help much.

Outstanding friendliness of all the staff, very polite and couldn't do enough for you! Particularly friendly was Alex and Anna in the Dining and Breakfast room :-) The food was exceptional in the evening ( breakfast good too!), I even asked my waiter and waitress to please pass on my thanks to the chef, it was so good. Facilities were superb, loved the peaceful garden and the pool was wonderful, just one thing, it was a shame you couldn't access the pool through the doors from the garden- and the heat was a bit uncomfortable in the pool room owing to this. However, a member of the reception team did take this on board after explaining because of health and safety rules they couldn't be opened, though she did open a couple of doors which was appreciated by all. The rooms were lovely and comfortable and clean and everything you needed was there. I'd maybe add a few decaf t/bags for folk like me that need them, One thing I did think was unusual for a hotel, there wasn't any info about the hotel in the rooms and no 'do not disturb' door signs, but certainly not a problem. The room was a bit hot in the evening with our exceptional temperature on the weekend, and you couldn't obviously open the windows much- the lovely lady Cinda explained because of health and safety rules again, they couldn't have other windows, but she very kindly offered us a fan for our room which worked wonders, plus opened the windows in the breakfast room. All in all a fabulous stay and would definitely stay again, have already recommended to others ;-) Thank you so much to you all and see you again soon!

The staff are just so good. Friendly and willing to help. They absolutely make the Beausite. Great breakfasts. We liked that the hotel had a small pool and garden available. That was an extra treat. The hotel is just across the road from the bus stop which made getting around the island very handy. It is also easy to walk via the golf course to the beach and on to Gorey.

There's nothing we didn't like. Perhaps the only thing to be aware of is in hot weather our room was quite warm at night. But we could have asked for a fan.

Excellent breakfast with quick friendly service. Dinner was also excellent with a good menu. The location was perfect in a quiet area in easy reach of St Helier by bus, (the stop being just across the road) or car but also the whole of the Gorey area. Spacious, clean hotel with nice garden and a pool.

The rooms above and to each side could be easily heard especially when the people above got up every morning at 5am. Parking was very restrictive and tight and this was during a relatively quiet time. Parking anywhere outside of the hotel is difficult.

Breakfast was cooked to order and was very good. Had dinner at the hotel and it was also very good. We didn’t realise there was a pool at the hotel but it looked nice. We didn’t get around to trying the exercise room, though it was good they had those available.

Th location of our room was by a fire exit, which was used regularly and disturbed my husband every night. Would be beneficial asking other people to keep quiet when going to their room. Bed was also not long enough for my husband. Fortunately I am deaf and short so not the same problem for me.

Lovely 3 star facility food very good breakfast lots of choice and fresh ingredients.room basic but adequate would have been nicer overlooking garden but we booked through booking .com and that was why we got a good deal, could do with net curtains as all houses opposite could see directly in the room so we just pulled the curtains,I'm only not picking none of these issues had any major impact on our overall stay will definitely go again.

Oh sorry as above but again not Major
