This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The interior decoration is stunning. The room was spacious, very comfortable and smart. The breakfast was delicious, good food and a lot of choice.

Be aware that you have to book in advance for some of the restaurants. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that they were building on the opposite side of the hotel so the view was spoiled. It would be fantastic when they finish the work.

It is our first time at aqaba.parents with two kids, 4 years and nine months. Couldn’t imagine better vacation. The staff very kindly and helpful .the room size very suitable. The breakfast was excellent. We didn’t order with dinner, but we added, it was more than excellent. I recommend to take with a dinner, value for money, varied and so delicious. Chef iyad was so kindly and helpful, he take care of every small detail in the restaurant and also in every request that you ask him. The pool is very clean and nice to stay in. The staff near the pool help you all you stay. they have a lot of lifeguards. We went one day to the saraya aquabark (free to the guests) highly recommend, very nice place for children. And also you can go with a water taxi to the beach club, was amazing also. We sure will come back. Thank you ALMANARA fot this unforgettable vacation.

super helpful staff and very friendly, spacious rooms and great pool area with several smaller beach areas they surprised my wife with birthday gifts and a pregnancy pillow, so thoughtful!! we were very happy with everything, thanks to housekeeping and guest relations and to all the other staff! nice gym with lots of equipment open 24/7

Food is better than in other hotels but still not yet always the european standard, service at times a bit slow and we received sometimes the food already a bit cold (shared experiences also with other hotels) depending on local tourists it might get a bit noisy since they don't know/respect the european custom of tranquility, but nothing the hotel can really influence

The food is great, service is exceptional, everything is clean. Breakfast is better the most hotels I stayed in and the facilities are nothing to complain about. They help with everything you ask for.

The only thing I have to complain and bummed me a little is that they charged me at the checkout in a different currency then I asked and took 7% commission in doing so. I asked for the local currency (JOD) and they didn't listen, and too bad I noticed when we already left. I don't know if they did it on purpose - but is sucks to end the stay in a feeling that someone tricked you.

The staff was very helpful, very polite, willing to help in all the matters. The breakfast was excellent.

At the arrival the reception was extremely crowded even that 4 desk were working with full power. We waited for an hour till we were accepted. The room was not clean as expected at such an expensive resort, the tap of the shower was not working. After the "repair" still the tape was working with great difficulty. The ceiling of the shower was peeling off even after "repair". In one of the four days, that we spent at the resort, we found our room not clean up at 4:30 pm, at the time we came back from our diving trip. It was our 14th visit to Akaba. Next time we will go back to Kempinski.

We loved our stay in Al Manara everything was perfect, room size was very big, rooms look great and welcoming, clean, bathrooms are super clean, everything in place. the staff was welcoming, kind, attentive, from reception to pool staff - everyone are super nice and welcoming, attentive to every need. the pools are great, the private beaches are close , facilities are very good.

honestly theres nothing i didnt like, maybe just the wifi reception needs to improve just a little bit, but thats a matter of infrastructure not sure if its related to the hotel itself.

our first time in Aqaba,and we were surprised how good was everything, from the reception (Yousof was great),the service,the facilities at the swimming pool or at the beach they was very helpful and willing to help and givevthe best service with a smile and willingness the breakfast was great,fresh and delicious I'm sure we will be back last thing we felt very safe and well treated ,and over all its exced our expectations.

I hope they had more options for dinner

the place is fantastic and has a private beach and they are extremely pet friendly. the hotel is spectacular and we had a fantastic stay.

the only issue we had was that we left a deposit in dollars upon arrival but we’re told that as exchange rates in the hotel are much higher than in an exchange office, we would had been given back the dollars of the deposit in order to change it ourselves. surprise: on check out they said they never said that and that they had no longer our dollars and so we were forced to their exchange rate, which basically turned to be 300$ more expensive.
