This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The interior decoration is stunning. The room was spacious, very comfortable and smart. The breakfast was delicious, good food and a lot of choice.

Be aware that you have to book in advance for some of the restaurants. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that they were building on the opposite side of the hotel so the view was spoiled. It would be fantastic when they finish the work.

Nice location and refined luxury.

The laundry prices are abusive. How can you justify 7USD for a simple t-shirt and 3USD for a pair of socks. Laundry is a basic/simple service…this is abusive.

It’s very clean and organized loved the staff. They were so nice.

Mini bar was empty 🥲 there is nothing to snack on at night. You need to bring your own snacks.

Excellent hotel with exceptionally customer orientated, friendly and polite staff. High quality facilities, a selection of pool areas and beaches and high standard rooms.

The only drawback to Al Manara (and it may well be the same for the other hotels in Aquaba) are the number of unruly children whose parents seem unable to control. At times, this makes it feel like you're in a kids playground rather than a hotel. The answer is to provide a dedicated dining space for families and to make one of the pool areas for adults only.

Breakfast was very good. Had lots of variety and staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Pool is nice and room is spacious.

Noisy lobby in the evening ( after 10 pm or sometimes midnight) with small kids running around. The shuttle to the water park or the other pool is not practical. It takes time and not many shuttles at the same time. We have to wait for the car to drop and come back. Also I heard there used to be a abra style ( little boat) ride to the other pool via the lagoon. I wish I could experience that.

Hotel was excellent, particularly the service. There was an initial mix-up with our room (we wanted a King size bed and we were initially sent to a room with two beds) and although it was not a big mistake, the staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy. We received a generous room upgrade and were able to check in quite early. The pool area was also excellent - I have never seen some of the services provided (fruit kebabs while lounging, sunglasses cleaner etc).

Cleanliness, very helpful and always smiling staff (and I mean every one of them). They always seek the guests' convenience and comfort. spacious and well decorated rooms. Great breakfast and views. Free and spacious parking places.

There isn't much to say, but if you must, there could be more facilities for kids. The hotel is very appropriate for business travelers, solo - or a couple, with one kid. With more kids, it's a little bit hard to keep them busy. Important to mention that the Hotel compensates for that, with discounted tickets to the Waterpark and a free shuttle there.

Breakfast was great. All staff were kind and helpful. Mr. Saeed in the reception made our stay more enjoyable with his warm greetings and smooth booking process. The view from the pool was amazing, there were two beaches, one beach on the sea and the other one on the lagoon and we had good time on both of them. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was luxurious.

There is a one pool for adults and kids in the main building, and i recommend to make an area for (adults only) so we’ll be able to calm our minds.
