The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable (one of the few places in Germany with a real double bed and not 2 singles put together). Good location, close to the S-bahn station.

The room was very clean and the reception was helpful. A little far from city center but Tram stop is close. Would reccomend.

I realliy liked the design of the room, the cleanliness of the beds and how friendly the staff were!

Very close to the S Bann to get us into the centre of Munich in minutes. It is a basic hotel but with clean, comfortable beds, clean towels and a brilliant shower what more could you want. On top of this everything we needed was around the hotel such as eating and supermarkets. I stay here every time I’m in Munich and I’ve been here quite a few times.

The staff is very friendly and pleasant. The location is very convenient - nearby bus, tram, S-bahn and U-bahn stops. You can easily and fast get to the city center. There are also many supermarkets nearby. The area is quiet, but the infrastructure is well developed. The room is clean, tidy, our windows faced the yard, so it was quiet at night. P.S. thank you for the breakfasts

The location is right next to the Laim S-Bahn station, which is very important, especially when you need to go to the city center. Overall price meets requirements

The cleaning was poor, even after we asked the lady to specifically clean some areas, there were spots filled with dust (like under the bed and table)

Small room everything is clean and on hand. Bathroom have mirror behind closet, so you can see your wiener. I liked the balcony which is pretty big and nice for having coffe while look in the sky as there is nothing worthy to see down bellow

Balcony door are little broken so it cannot go to V position. But still I was able to open it to get some air
