The staff was friendly and efficient upon check in and check out. the rooms were clean and well appointed, the bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the splash pool and large hot tub

I love the location you are literally feet away from dining, shopping, attractions, ect it’s so convenient you can walk anywhere from the room!

I wish there was better lighting in the bathroom. it was so hard to get ready (do my makeup) when I went out for dinner, brunch, ect there also wasn’t a desk in the room I stayed in so I couldn’t use natural lighting

Now this room is nice and clean and it looks exactly like the pictures on here, the location is about 5 min walk to waikiki beach and lots of restaurants and shopping around it

The unexpected price increases, it costed more than when I first booked the room I was told there was a local taxes increase.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room has great view and great facilities and is very clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the Lei making and morning yoga activities offered at the hotel.

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the beach, which is not far, but should be mindful that it does not provide direct beach access. Also the restaurant and bar at the hotel has been closed since Covid.

The TV is big and lets you cast to it easily. The gym is really good there too being 24 hours, with towels and disinfectant to wipe down and also a peloton bike.

Nothing. There are really minor things like there not being a restaurant or a bar (it was closed when we were there) but you don't need these as you can just go and explore outside. If you want a resort then don't head here because it's not on the beach (but who cares about Waikiki beach anyway) and it only has a little dip pool (but again who cares - go out and explore all the beaches)

The housekeeping staff Vanessa, Marg, Virgie & Kevin were extra thoughtful. The central location of the hotel was perfect. The corner King Room was spacious and comfortable.

Nice, clean and eco-friendly/pet friendly hotel located a block away from Kalakaua Avenue where all the high end shopping and restaurants are. The beach is about a 10min walk away and there is a marketplace about 1min walk with lots of food options including a bakery and coffee shop. There are resort fees but they do provide many useful services such as GoPro rental, towels/chairs/umbrella, yoga classes and free reusable water bottles you can take home. Guests can even ‘adopt’ and care for one of their resident betta fish for the duration of their stay (random, but makes a fun story 😊). There is a spacious common area in the lobby with couches and dining tables so guests can use that space to hang out, work or eat takeout food (microwave also available). Their resident dog Nasa will pop up in that area from time to time; if you have food she will be your best friend :) We booked a deluxe king room and thought it was a decent size for 2 people; bathroom was very spacious and I think the room is well sound insulated because we never heard the neighbors aside from when they left their room or were passing through the hallway. Our trip had to be cut short due to an emergency back home and the staff was very understanding and accommodating. We had to notify a Booking.com agent first so that they could inform the hotel, and were not charged for the last 2 days - very much appreciated. Highly recommended hotel if you want to be close to the action in Waikiki.

Our room was facing the street and had a tall but narrow window in a corner, so the lighting wasn’t very good. We had to keep the lights on even during the day. But not a major deal breaker because we were usually out during the day. If you choose self parking, be aware that navigating the parking lot may require some skills as some areas may be very narrow and certain parking spots are very tight. I would highly suggest valet parking for SUVs. Lastly - when we checked out we called several times for a luggage trolley and it never came so we ended up having to haul all our luggage ourselves. It might have just been a one-off because the staff handling the luggage/cars were usually very helpful.

The location is good, about a 5-minute walk to the beach. This makes it close to the beach, but not the best location (there are closer hotels). The hotel provides chairs and beach umbrellas (but you must carry them to the beach). Nice restaurants and stores to buy food from nearby. The pool, although not very big, was not crowded, providing a nice place to relax.

Some of the chairs and beach umbrellas provided were not very comfortable or were not working properly. The walk to the beach carrying the stuff is already cumbersome enough, going back to change them would make it a bad day.

Coffee lovers dream with really good coffee in the room and a huge Starbucks in the lobby. Shopping lovers with Nordstrom Rack, Rosses, and H&M 2 minute walk, Beach lovers with Waikiki beach a short 5 minute walk and the hotel provides towels, chairs and umbrellas that you can take to the beach. Staff likeTiara on the Front Desk and ALL the staff are 5 Star employees, room so clean and bed so comfortable. Restaurants 5 minute walk at the International Market Place and the Royal Hawaiian Shopping center and so location is fabulous!
