Breakfast was delicious; bathroom was bright and clean; room was nice; staff were wonderful - SPECIAL SHOUT-OUT TO ANA!; LOOOOVVVVE the free valet parking!!! - "who does that?!?!?" :+); short drive to necessity shopping (fedex store, cvs, 7-eleven, food, etc...); you are certain to be impressed by the rotating door; lots of lobby seating, particularly because it shares the property with a Homewood hotel, just a hallway apart.

The hotel is in good shape, new & refurbished everything. It is very comfortable, easy elevator access from (free, covered) car park to rooms. Charging outlets aplenty, in convenient locations. If you need to be mobile, with your own vehicle (or rental) in the northeast jersey area, then this is a perfect choice. The location, right on the highway, & close to both 80 and 95, gives you convenient access to nearby towns. I also need to get into manhattan in the evenings a couple of times, and found it surprisingly painless - 20 minutes drive to midtown after 5pm. If your primary destination is manhattan though - don't be here, stay in the city. Breakfast is perfectly fine, as far as US hotels go. Multiple standard selections.

Try for a higher floor facing east - maybe you will have a view (I wouldn't know). I was on the 5th floor facing west and all I could see was the parking lot and the Marriot next door. Also, I felt the room was a bit dim at night. Lighting options could be better - but this is a minor gripe.

Very good location , my room 14th floor , splendid view on Manhattan;5mn to walk from bus stop station -bus 167 (express) ,It carries you on directly on Time square , And from there, you can go everywhere to the main attractions either by bus or metro. but about ticket , pay attention one creditcard and per passenger and sometimes the driver don’t accept cash one the way round trip ,anyway the breakfast at hotel is good and facilities also.for sure I come back at Hampton Inn !

Microwave not in room but in lobby !

The room was 1st class; comfortable, spacious and with comfortable beds. Cleanliness was excellent. Lighting bright and flexible. Room cleaned and freshened well, every day.

Breakfast; only one toast machine is a disaster. Everybody gets stuck behind it and a queue quickly builds. Not enough food variety such as cheese and croissants and muesli. Hotel doesn’t respond to emails even when sent on the website. We sent an email ahead of visit asking for advice about how to travel from JFK to hotel. No one ever replied and we paid massive yellow cab fare because Hotel never informed us of efficient and cheap 167T bus to NY and cheap AirTrain from NY.

We stayed here for 6 days.Everything was awesome, especially the location(20 mins from Times Square by Bus 167 Zone 3 of NJ transit), the breakfast buffet, the cleaning team, the customer service reps. All the people were very courteous and to our liking. The pool is refreshing and clean and can be used till 10pm (saw some review pictures which were taken with the lights off, so it shows as green)

Only two things that could have been better :- Firstly the washroom door(hanging barn door types) would not close, it was a inconvenience. Second one was there was microwave which was not there. I understand that Microwave was not listed but it been there would have helped everyone after a long day.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Interesting that it was two hotels in one but seems to work fine. We were able to get adjoining rooms for our family of 5 which was perfect. Pool was nice. Gym was very nice for a hotel gym. Breakfast ended strictly at 10am (we were closed in a one point, haha) but there was cereal, bagels, and even potatoes available for our vegan family. Rooms were comfortable and the shower was strong. Super easy to grab the bus to the city!

Self parking was a little confusing at first. Had issue with room key but it was fixed relatively quickly.

New and modern. Had a very good indoor garage and breakfast was great.

Very responsive staff. After erroneously sending us to a room that was already occupied, they quickly corrected the matter and credited us with one free night which was not expected. Having breakfast and parking included in a location so close to NYC was also great - with easy directions on how to catch a nearby bus straight to Time Square, who could ask for more?

Our reassigned room was not well suited for us. It was designed for a disabled person, so the shower stall was unusual and leaked onto the floor. The pressure on the shower head was also very low. If we tried to adjust it, it made an unholy racket. But, we opted to live with it for our short stay, considering that we had been given a free night for the aforementioned error.

Location just if NJ Turnpike was excellent

It was clean and breakfast buffet was very good.
