Clean, quiet at night

It was ok

The room was clean and nice, the pool was clean, it was nice to be so close to it. The bar/restaurant was very serviceable. The place felt safe. The staff was nice.

The person booking us was pushy about going to the sales meeting. The water from the tap was nasty and made me sick when I drank it. There were more kids than i would like. The pool was too shallow.

A beautiful resort, very well maintained and popular attractions (e.g., Walt Disney, Universal, SeaWorld) are around the corner. Also, a trip to the alligators or Kennedy Space Center is not far away. Good choice of swimming pools. The golf course is great, although very busy. But lots to do at the resort, for every age. Complimentary WiFi works great. Beds are big and comfortable.

The resort villas are reasonably equipped but a bit outdated. But the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I'd recommend booking a room with a balcony with a view of the golf course.

Really loved this resort. After reading reviews for so many hotels and there being so many negative ones for seemingly every resort or hotel I was really worried about what our experience might be like but I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. The resort is lovely and super clean, staff we encountered were very friendly. We were only asked once if we wanted to attend a presentation (so they could sell us a timeshare) and weren’t badgered like I thought we would be. The room was so much bigger and nicer than I expected! It was impeccably clean and was serviced every other day. The pillows were INSANELY comfy! I asked for a room in a quieter part of the resort above ground floor and that’s exactly what we got, it was so nice looking out onto the golf course.

My only complaint is that we happened to be there during hurricane Milton and we received no communication from the hotel on what to do for its impending arrival. My husband went to ask at the front desk and they just gave him a print out and said don’t park your car under a tree… the entire car park is lined with trees so this was difficult. I think they are forgetting most tourists are not used to this kind of weather so we were fairly apprehensive. However I will say the clean up operation after the hurricane was impressive and the coffee/breakfast place on site was back up and running the following morning.

Golf, Pools

They didn't offer housekeeping because of "safety" measures, but their staff wasn't even wearing masks. I don't like the approach of cutting costs because of "covid excuses".

We stayed here because our daughter was competing in the National Dance Honors National Competition. It was close to the venue, completely beautiful grounds, the two getting ready stations in the bathrooms was ideal and the bed was fabulously comfortable. We heard not a peep all week and it felt like we had the resort to ourselves. I did research ahead of time to know to pick building 96 and be close to the quiet and private pool and hot tub and it was glorious! The one bedroom villa is way bigger than the pictures show and the maids coming daily was such a fabulous treat we didn’t expect! Thank you so much!!! The kindness and care are very much noticed and appreciated. ❤️🫶🏼

Because my daughter got back so late forl competing it would have been nice to use the hot tub but it would close right at 11- obviously there had to be rules so this is just unique to our situation. However, after fourteen hours a day fi dancing the hot tub helps so much!

Excellent location. Excellent staff. Excellent food. Plenty of activities and enjoyment right at the resort. There was this pleasant aroma outside that we kept smelling as if there was some type fragrance emitter outdoors.

We did kill one roach under the bathroom sink. The trash bags in the room were terrible. They’d tear up just looking at them.

The property was beautiful and large!!! It had so much to offer as far as food and drink, activities for adults and kids, multiple pools. The place is so large they have shuttles vans and golf carts to take you anywhere on the property.

The room we had could use a little update but not a big deal that it affected my experience. The carpet and curtains gave it a motel feel. We spent most of our time at the main pool and trash was left there throughout the day. It would be nice if someone came around and picked up the trash every so often. A lot of guests ended up picking up the trash that wasn’t even theirs.

This was a follow up trip from our stay at this facility from last May. Last year everything was excellent. This year I brought other family members with me and rented to 1 bedroom villas. Our room was supposed to be a room with great location. We were at the back of the resort overlooking woods and swamp. The second room was in an adjacent building but had the same view. Our room had an antiquated shower stall that looks like it was under repair, but not finished. The second room had a walk in shower that was more up to date. Staff before check in was not very helpful. After the check-in all went well.

The registration desk agent. The agent kept insisting that the confirmation number that I had was incorrect. She was looking for a confirmation number that began with an "8". I told her the booking was with Booking.com and would not have such a number. She was polite but relentless. She said to leave and come back when you find that missing confirmation number. I was really upset. Finally, I decided to go back and seek out a different agent. He was very helpful and the 2nd registration was complete. I also did not like the cheezy outdated shower stall for the price I had paid for both units

The villas were nice and close the attractions. The rooms size was great but it definitely was a handicap room. Not what I signed up for. Overall, I will book and return again. As a matter of fact, my family even convinced me to stay an additional night. With all said I would recommend this resort.

Upon entry to one of my rooms I found a dent in the wall, and my unit was a handicap one which I didn't need. I also noticed a dog smell perhaps it was a service dog that stayed in our villa prior to our arrival. The smell was a bit annoying but bearable. .
