The room was clean and housekeeping came by everyday and cleaned the rooms.

It was a motel.

For the price we paid, we were totally satisfied. The room was clean and had everything we needed, we parked for free even after checking out, and there were shuttles to all the parks.

The lobby was chaotic and tacky and the style was outdated. That said, everything worked fine.

When we got our upgrade to the Towers hotel room that room was Amazing and very comfortable. Unlike the standard room. Thank you again to Elisa was amazing n gave me an upgrade from standard rooms to the Towers rooms due to having some issues I wish I had said something before hand we stayed 7 nights the last 2 nights in the Towers 5 nights in the standard room my Review is on the New Room in the Towers only not our Standard room just wanted to make that clear

The Standard rooms the bed was hard the pictures lied on booking only showed the Tower rooms not the standard rooms so that was false advertisement need to fix the pictures and not just show the best rooms just saying

Good location with easy access to walmart and shuttles to the major theme parks. The beds were super comfortable, rooms cleaned daily and the pool so close to the room was a wonderful touch.

The cleanliness of the bathroom in particular could have been better as there were some hairs not belonging to myself both on the floor and in the shower on arrival.

Kind and courteous staff.

The location was great, as I was traveling to the Disney Parks. The shuttles to the theme parks (going to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios) were all very spacious and on time. Rooms were cleaned well and the shampoo/conditioner provided were nice and restocked every day. Staff was friendly and mostly present whenever I needed anything. I booked this hotel because all of the cheapest rooms were sold out at the Disney World hotels, and I would probably stay at this hotel again if a similar situation happens in the future.

You could tell that some of the fixtures in the bathroom were older, but that didn't bother me too much. There were also 3 instances where I found small bugs in the room.

We decided to try the breakfast buffet on our last day... yesterday..... Very disappointing...... The pankcakes were hard... and an rubbery.... (this was 8:30am.... early... they should have been fresh).... too burnt around the edges.... My 2 grandsons did not eat them..... And for me.... being a diabetic... I requested sugar free syrup... None.............. so I tried fruit... and I would have like something like cottage cheese on the side.... None..... I paid $12.95 for 3 of us.... we left hungry and said to ourselves.... We would never eat there again.....
